Oz Contacts

I used to use OzContacts for years and then Clearly took over and somehow their prices and shipping have shot up due to it "reflecting their manufacturers prices". Prices are drastically different now. Will be finding another company for my lenses.

Competitive prices but customer service is almost non existent. Don’t expect anyone to answer their 1300 number no matter what time you call! Problem eventually resolved. No phone call though.

Please do not order from this company. They used to be good but since they have taken over by other company their services has gone bad. Placed my order with express shipping, no news and emailed no reply. Called them but phone and left voicemail. Someone called me but didnt even mention about how their company taken over and saying i wont received my order until four weeks time and blamed the supplier about this. If that the case please state in your site there is long waiting period so i wont bother to order with EXPRESS SHIPPING! I have no idea about my order and hoping they would send it asap or i would have to open a dispute againts them!

Very happy with oz contacts. This is my first time ordering and i recieved my contacts within the week. Many thanks and will order again. Good prices also very competitive.

Ordered on 17th July. Paid express etc. not rec’vd by 25th July. Emailed response was, sorry back order, wont be ready until 18th Aug. i emailed and cancelled order. Promised a refund with 1-2 business days! 5 days later i called and spoke with Marlon, he had no idea about my refund. I asked to speak to Manager. Manager wasnt available!! Was told Manager will call me, i was called from # in Canada! The person (who sounded just like Marlon) said yes your refund has been processed, and i will send you a confirmation refund email. 2 days ago. Still no refund still no email! HINT: make your # private and then call! They wont answer a mobile phone number that shows up!!!
Absolute stealers of money, time and a waste of oxygen!

I usually have good experiences with this company. Re-ordered 26/7 and have not received contacts and despite numerous attempts can't reach them. I used this site many times in the past and had good experiences. That all changed with the order I placed at the end of June 2022. They took two orders from me totalling $270 and they never delivered the product. All attempts to get my money back and contact them have not worked to date.
Be very careful, there seems to be a problem, as other reviews indicate.

I've had years of good service yet this last order I've had no response and order has not arrived. Tried calling and calling you only get an answering service and I have emailed twice. Order still says processing.

Ordered contact lens paid extra for Express Delivery due to promise of delivery within 3-4 days, didn't receive goods written several times no one reply and finally told me goods can't be delivered till later! False advertisement worst customer service ( if hardly any), wished I seen reviews here first before buying! Should have gone back to my previous supplier if known they can't deliver what was promised!! Will complain to vcat if they don't refund my money back!!!not interested in goods anymore if its late its useless!!

I ordered contact lenses from OzContacts. They have not yet processed my order. I have called them everyday to sort it out but no-one picks up. BEWARE do not use.

Worst company ever! Ordered and paid for contact lenses over a week ago, nothing!! Customer service is non existent. No-one has contacted me. Absolutely ripped off!! Will be taking this matter further if I don't hear back or receive what I paid for

I found them that they are the cheapest compare with other online competitors. The best of all is that it was free shipping or $3 for express post.

This is the first time I have purchased contacts online and I am amazed at the promptness of delivery from 2 states away. I ordered online at 3pm and have my contacts in my hand-soon to be eyes at 11am. The next day. I also had a need to confirm something with customer service and they were very helpful. thank you!

Being a new convert to contact lenses I had no idea that you could order online cheaper and by no means quality! I didn't know where to start and a friend had recommended OzContacts. Went on their website to order and had a few questions so I tried their online chat customer service. Had my query answered promptly and away I ordered. I used Oz Contacts to buy my first set of contact lenses online. I couldn't believe how easy it was. The customer service their was amazing. They have a free-call number to ring and online chat. The whole experience was awesome. Got my lenses delivered within 48hrs. I cant recommend this company enough.
