Hi, bought 14ft round trampoline for grandkids for xmas. Delivery was very prompt so we had plenty of time to put it up. Sons did it in no time. The only fault I can find is the rubber bands that are supposed to hold the spring cover on keep popping off when kids jump on it. Otherwise kids love it. regards Lola

We bought the 14ft round tramp for kids for Xmas, we couldn't be happier. Delivery was very fast and accurate. I ordered over the ph and they told me how many boxes there had to be delivered. Very easy set up & instructions. Nothing missing "yay". Very happy & would recommend to all.

November 5th 2016 Update: One year on!

One year on and our trampoline has had so much use. (We have 3 kids 11/9&5yr old) It is still in excellent shape, not sagging at all anywhere and we do have the enclosed type top and bottom. No holes in any of the netting. I really would recommend them to all.

Great quality! Great phone service, which helped me make a decision on which size to buy for our three kids and their friends. All parts were in the box, easy instructions, hassle free delivery. We have only had it for a few weeks, so can not comment on how long it will last in the Aussie weather. So far so good.

Ordered this over the other "top of the range popular" high priced brand as this came complete with ladder and anchor and cover etc where as the other brand promoted as being a safe trampolines came with no safety parts you had to pay extra!!!!!!
Also has a higher max weight capacity compared

and came next day being the last day of the year! I am impressed hubby putting it together kids are excited Looks good

Don't expect to be blown away by this product. It is nowhere near as easy to put up as it should be and appears to have been machined by someone stuck with 1980's equipment and design. The screws already show signs of rust and the springs are undersized for a trampoline of this size making it just averagely bouncy. Average all round.

I heavily researched the trampoline market before purchasing this trampoline. We made our decision from the available reviews and have not been disappointed!

This is the third trampoline I have brought for my two boys. The first two were from target. You definitely get what you pay for. This trampoline is by far the strongest, safest and bouncest trampoline of all. Would definitely recommend this product. Also set up is easy only took my partner and I about 1.5 hours.

We bought the Oz trampolines 14ft for our 3 year old. Everything about the experience has been a pleasure. The delivery was fast, the customer service wonderful and the quality is fantastic.
We have been enjoying the trampoline as much as our child and will be looking at buying additional products from Oz Trampolines in the future.

This trampoline is much better quality than previous trampolines I have purchased. The free delivery was great and everything arrived in good condition. The kids love the tent roof and it provides great shade. Here in Weipa I don't think the nylon will last too long, but it should keep the sun off the mat, padding and kids for a year or two.

Customer Service was outstanding. Delivery time was inside provided estimated times. The product quality is outstanding. From what you see on the website is exactly what you get. Ordered over phone and recommended new type of spring from New Zealand for harsh conditions where I lived. Highly Recommended. Best Warranty seen offered at time of purchase. Kids are loving their new tramp. Its only 3 mths old and haven't had any issues yet so hope it continues. Was very hard to move once put together as the frame would go out of shape but other then that its great. Its good to know that if we do have any problems it can be fixed by the company.

I brought this trampoline for my 2.5yo daughter for Christmas last year (bit slow writing the review I know!) She loved it! It was good quality and well made. I chose the trampoline purely based on the reviews on this website and I wasn't disappointed. I made a couple of initial telephone enquires. The staff were friendly and super helpful. After placing my order the trampoline arrived within days. It was a 2 person job to put it together but the instructions were easy to follow. The only downside for us in the trampoline went to heaven in the recent East Coast Super Storm. No fault of its own, just extreme conditions. We are in the process of purchasing another one exactly the same!

Very good item, easy to put up (did it with my 8 years old son). feels solid and good quality. no problems as yet (6 months use), very prompt and good delivery, all worked fine, would recommend to others, didn't have to speak to anyone so can't comment on complaints procedure etc.

We ordered the trampoline for our son for christmas, very quick delivery, good instructions which made it very easy to assemble. Trampoline even came with a spares kit just in case & everything is well made & sturdy. Couldn't be happier with the product. The trampoline is enjoyed by the whole family.

I brought this trampoline for my 3 granddaughters for Christmas. They loved it. Cyclone Marcia hit their home in Feb the Trampoline was bolted down with industrial pegs must but still managed to blow 3 streets blocks away and ended up resting on a fence. My son brought it home and banged it back into shape. The mat was not damaged at all. Although not as pretty as it was; the girls are again jumping on their trampoline.

I ordered the Oz Trampoline after 2 pm and it was delivered to my grandchildrens house by 10 am the next day, what great service. They have been delighted with the trampoline and I could not ask for any better outcome. My son plus friends set it up on Christmas eve and had no trouble at all with it. Great customer service. Fast, efficient and friendly home delivery. All parts ordered arrived in perfect condition and exactly as described on the website. Easy to follow instructions - both words and photos. Assembled perfectly well, and the whole family loves it. Very good quality. Removing and putting on the roof takes a bit of time and a tall person! But it is well secured once in place, and the tent walls are easy as can be. Much better than our last trampoline which was bought from a large chain of department store. I am very glad we decided on this trampoline.
