Ordered just a week or so before Xmas and delivered only a few days later - great service.
It did take us a bit longer than we expected to set it up, although there was no alcohol involved and small children 'helping'.
The 14 foot is a great size for many children to use together, or a few teenagers. It feels safe, strong and bouncy, even for adults.
A friend has your competitor and yours is better than theirs. Well done Oz Trampolines!

We bought this trampoline about a month ago, we are very happy with it so far. When it arrived, it did have a hole in the net however after calling the company and sending through a photo of the hole, they had a new net delivered to us within three days, excellent customer service.

We purchased a 14ft Round Trampoline for Christmas which arrived within days. Since setting it up which you need a few hours to complete (or a head torch if completing Christmas Eve) the kids are on it several times a day and away from the TV. Great Christmas Present and hopefully many years of fun to follow.

Our mat continually had a black powder on it that got onto our kids and us when we used it. We figured it was the mat breaking down under the uv. After 18 months it split down the middle and is now unusable. We were very disappointed as we haven't been able to find another supplier with a mat to match the frame.

In comsparion to my old 70's tramp the spring isn't as bouncy, but we bought a far bigger tramp. The kids can get on it together and they spend hours jumping around on it. It's a hard world of decision making when buying one online, though we are quite content that we didn't make a wrong decision with this one.

Good service, easy to put together - good experience all round. The kids love it. Only issue is that I found the bounce to be a bit disappointing (I am 85kg) but does not seem to bother the kids which include the neighbours teenage boys. Overall, very happy with it.

After many many months of study and research we decided that Oz Trampoline products were the way to go for our family. Safety was the most important thing for us and Oz Trampolines were one of the few who came up trumps. Living in Tasmania delivery can always be a problem in general and then adding christmas into the mix we thought would end in disaster, but the trampoline was delivered in plenty of time. Easy and fast to assemble on christmas eve (with the assistance of YouTube videos) and 5 months down the track, being subjected to all kinds of 'Tassie' whether, the trampoline still looks brand new. With fantastic friendly service, guidance and products we recommend this company to all our friends without any hesitation.

Ordered our trampoline about a month before Christmas and it arrived within 2 days of the order! Free delivery and to our doorstep, which is great considering we live on a rural property out of town and the truck driver had to come through two closed gates. after being impressed with the delivery service we were also impressed with the trampoline. easy to assemble and very sturdy. we have two cats that unfortunately like to scale the net with their claws, but the netting has not ripped. very impressed. lots of family fun.
Strong and safe

My 3 kids have been playing on the trampoline since Xmas & they really love it! Friends own cheaper brands & the quality of Oz trampolines really shows, very glad I paid a little more (than K-mart, toys-r-us), as well as the very neat added extras of a ladder, netting, tie down kit etc.

We purchased this trampoline for our 2 children for Christmas after owning numerous trampolines from target, big w, toyworld ect only to have them deteriorate after 6 months so I did some research and I found oz trampoline it arrived when they said it would I even got a phone call to double check!! it was so easy to put together it only took hubby and I an hour at the most to assemble afterwards I was shocked at the quality and how awesome it looked the kids LOVED it!! This trampoline is great we all enjoy it. We live in central west NSW and it arrived within a week of ordering. I would highly recommend for anyone but especially for families with young children, mine spend so much time in theirs. The surrounding net gives you that extra reassurance that the kids are safe whilst having a great time.
