Hi Macie - if it is the screws there should be a small screwdriver supplied with the screws. If you are referring to the bolts, you may require a 10mm spanner if you do not have a drill. If you require further assistance please call 1300 393 004

Summit Round 14ft

Hello, I am considering purchasing a 12 or 14ft tramp, however I am concerned that as a single mother, I may not be able to shift it easily when I need to. How heavy are these? Thanks

Hi Catherine,

It does take 2 adults to pick these 12ft and 14ft trampolines up and move them. While the weight is evenly distributed, it is just not possible to move by ones self. You do want to avoid dragging the frames across the ground. We do have Wheel options available for purchase which are placed under the leg of the trampoline on opposite sides to help you move them by yourself but these wheels are not ideal on soft ground so please be aware of that.

We have a 14ft tramp and usually get my 11 year old son to help my wife and me shift it, just to distribute the load more evenly.

Hi Catherine. We have the 8ft trampoline it does require 2 adults to move it but easily movable.

Upgrade and update options

NZ Made Spring Upgrade - worth it? Has anyone tried both and if so did you notice any improvement with the NZ made springs? If you order the upgrade at the initial purchase, do you still get the original springs (to use as spares)as well?

'2015' model Updates - I see many notices about the 'new' 2015 model on most sizes. Do OzTrampolines typically do annual updates to their models and if so, are there any tentative dates for when the next version is likely to be released?

Hi, with the springs you just get the NZ springs if you upgrade as they come with a lifetime warranty there would be no need to have spares. The 2015 model was a major upgrade with the frame becoming a no weld model. Each year we generally do some minor improvements but no major upgrade planned for the next 12 months.

Thanks

Summit Round 14ft

I am considering buying the 12ft or 14ft trampoline but I'm not sure if I should go with a roof or tent also. Can anyone who's purchased the roof and/or tent, please let me know what they think of the durability? Do you leave it on all the time? I know they are not designed to be left on but I can't see us taking it on and off each time we use it. Thanks in advance for any advice.

I leave it on all the time except if there is a cyclone. If you live in a windy area it may be a problem. In a tropical environment I think the roof will last about 2 years before the sun destroys the fabric.

Oz Trampolines

Hi K8, as you have alluded to, its best not to be permanently erected in case of poor weather as the warranty is void if damaged by bad weather. But it would be customer decision to decide what is safe or not for the roof. Thanks

We have the circus tent
It gets pretty windy where we live sometimes and it has not affected it at all.
But if you had a huge storm or cyclone passing through i would definately remove it.
You can't really just remove it and put it back on daily ... It took a ladder and about 20 mins to put it on, on a 12 foot trampoline
So we leave it on 24/7 unless we are expecting a storm.

I have a 14 ft Boing trampoline and want to buy a new net for it. Does your company sell a net that I could fit onto my existing trampoline and, if so, how much would it cost? (Australia, Queensland)

Hi Trudi, As this is a different model trampoline to ours, the best way we could make an assessment for net compatibility would be for you to send a photo of your trampoline to [email protected] and we will let you know if it would be suitable.

What are your trampolines like for bouncing? Easy, medium or do you have to work them hard to get a high jump?

Our trampolines are designed for optimum bounce, the bounce is very good, and the feedback has been excellent. The rubber used has been sourced from the United States and is of the highest quality.
