Hello can someone please explain about turbo boost accessory?
Hi Karthik
Thank you for your enquiry. ...
Read more The Turbo Head Floor Tool is the perfect accessory to ensure your carpets remain at their cleanest. The light, non-powered unit utilises the suction and airflow of the vacuum to spin the bristles, which agitates dirt and debris and achieves a better pick up and a deeper carpet clean. This can be particularly useful for medium pile carpets, where dirt can be harder to remove with a normal floor tool. However, some high pile carpets can reduce the performance of a turbo head, so for us to advise you on the correct floor tool for your specific situation it would be ideal to discuss with you directly. You can contact us on (08) 9479 1444, please ask for Phill Parker or Nolan Smith. Please don’t forget that we are always here to help, so don’t hesitate to contact our team at any time for assistance in future. Thank you. Kind regards The Pacvac Teamhi how do i put the straps back on the vacuum please i took them off as they got wet can you please tell me how do i put them on so i can use the backpack vacuum please thank you

We have just purchased a Pacvac 700. On first use on carpet it turns it self off every 10 minutes or so? Any ideas. Thanks
Hi Jim
Thank you for your enquiry. ...
Read more It would be best for you to give us a call on (08) 9479 1444 so that we can ascertain a little more information to ensure we give you the best possible advice. However, in the meantime, the first trouble shooting step we would recommend is to check that there are no blockages in the hose, wand or floor tool. The easiest way to do this is to disconnect the parts and drop a coin through. One of the features of this product is a thermal cut-out which ensures motor protection if there is a blockage. We would also suggest that you double check to make sure that the short lead and extension lead are securely fitted. Hopefully the above troubleshooting solves your issue, however, if not we are only a phone call away in ensuring you get this resolved quickly. Alternatively, you can take it to one of our Service and Warranty Agents. Hi Erika
Thank you for your enquiry. We build our machines to last so it’s great to hear that your machine is still going strong after 10 years. ...
Read more Based on the age of the machine it seems likely that your machine would have the push and twist style connect hose system. Our current machines have a screw style connect hose system. It is a little hard for us to ascertain from your question whether you have bought the original part or the current part. The good news is, if you have bought the current part this can still be fitted. For your convenience, we have created a short video to help demonstrate what you need to do. Please copy and paste the following link into your browser: https://bit.ly/2MfaPLZ I hope that helps, however if you would prefer to discuss personally, please don’t hesitate to contact us on (08) 9479 1444. Just wanting to find out what the best way is to clean the reusable Hypercone dust bags? Thank you
Hello Donna-Lea
Thank you for your question, it’s great to see as keeping a clean dust bag (and filter) enhances the longevity of your machine and ensures optimal airflow / suction. ...
Read more We provide a spare dust bag in the box when you purchase your vacuum to provide convenient cleaning, so in effect you can give the dirty dust bag a good shake out and then vacuum it clean, with the spare dust bag in place. If you have had your machine for a while and don’t have a spare dust bag on hand, then we recommend giving it a good shake out, follow through with a brush over with the dusting brush to release the dirt and then a final shake out. The alternative is to give it a good hand wash, however in doing this it is imperative that you ensure you are very thorough in washing as any dust / dirt left to dry after washing may clog the pores of the bag, not allowing the air to pass through effectively. It is also imperative that the dust bag is thoroughly dry before putting it back into the machine. For your convenience, please copy and paste the following link into your browser, it is a short video on maintaining the Superpro 700 backpack vacuum cleaner: https://youtu.be/ab1rT6OwOLA?t=5m28s I hope that helps with your enquiry, but should you require further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us direct on (08) 9479 1444 or email [email protected] Thank you. Kind regards The Pacvac TeamHi, I ran a team of cleaners who all used their backpack vacs every day. I used to put the cloth dust bags and hyper ones through a washing machine regularly. Stopped the motors from overheating and ensured a top vac job

Hello Chi
Thank you for submitting your question. ...
Read more Both products offer similar suction performance, however the key difference is that the Superpro duo 700 utilises a by-pass motor, whereas the Superpro 700 features a flow-through motor. The by-pass motor featured in the duo is designed specifically to minimise contact with contaminated air from the vacuum. This allows for small amounts of liquid to be sucked up without causing corrosion or other damage to integral parts of the motor, whilst also maintaining sufficient cooling to ensure longevity and performance. The Superpro 700 is one of Pacvac’s most popular choices and is highly recommended for all-purpose cleaning in areas where it will not come into contact with moisture. We hope this helps in answering your question. Please don’t forget that we are always happy to help so don’t hesitate to contact our team for further assistance. Thank you. Kind regards The Pacvac TeamCan you use this without the throwaway bags successfully?
Hi Ewen
Thank you for your question. ...
Read more Pacvac currently provides a choice of either paper or SMS disposable dust bags which are suitable for use with this machine. In short, yes the vacuum cleaner can be used without the disposable dust bag, however MUST always be used with a reusable dust bag fitted in the machine. Whilst using a disposable dust bag is not essential, using it does come with some advantages: - Convenient disposal of dust captured. - Reduces the cleaning efforts required for your reusable dust bag and the Hypercone HEPA rated filter. - Adds an additional stage of filtration for better indoor air quality and motor protection. We hope this has answered your question and we are always here to help, so please don’t hesitate to contact our team at any time and we’ll happily assist you. Thank you. Kind regards The Pacvac TeamHi,

What is the comparison between the turbo and the power heads for a pacvac.
Ive used the power head assembly before and loved it. Great for houses with animals.
But I wore it out in less than 12 months. Is this normal?
So I'm wondering what is the comparison between a power head and a turbo head?
Hello EmJ
Power heads are great for picking up animal hair and turbo heads aren’t too bad either! ...
Read more We have compiled a few quick points for you below to assist in identifying the key differences: POWER HEAD - A larger, motorised/powered unit which plugs into the base of the vacuum cleaner, alongside the standard power cord. - Uses power to create a spinning and beating action which lifts dirt and debris from deep within the carpet. - A power head is only suited for use with our Superpro 700, Superpro duo 700 and Superpro micron 700 backpack vacuums as they feature the required 240V power outlet. TURBO HEAD - A lighter, non-powered unit. - Utilises the suction and consequently air flow of the vacuum cleaner to spin the bristles within the turbo head to pick up dirt from the carpet. - Whilst providing a slightly deeper clean than a standard floor tool, the spinning action is typically not as strong as the power head and doesn’t pick up as much dirt and debris from deep within the pile of the carpet. Both of these types of floor tools rely on the filters and dust bags being cleaned and emptied regularly to maintain high levels of suction and airflow for optimum efficiency. We also recommend cleaning both styles of vacuum heads on a regular basis to ensure they remain hair and dirt free. This will prevent any restriction to the rotation of brushes. To enable us to better assist you with your question regarding lifespan of your floor tools, we would love for you to contact us on (08) 9479 1444 to speak with one our sales staff, as consideration needs to be given to the environment the equipment is being used in, frequency of use and maintenance. We hope you find this response helpful and we look forward to hearing from you to provide further assistance. Thank you. Kind regards The Pacvac TeamHi guys my pacvac superpro 700 wont turn on??
