My order did not arrive, I phoned countless times, emailed and have forwarded a demand letter for refund still no reply, I will be investigating through appointed Authorities the legitimacy of this company.

Think these guys are scammers...
Placed order on 18/10. Received an email saying it was under medical review and have received no further notification about the status of my order in 2 days. I have tried calling the number on the website, emailing, messaging on facebook and no response to any. Think I have just lost over $600.00. Not feeling very confident at the moment...

Worst Customer Experience
I have had nothing but terrible service with Peptides Direct. I placed an order on the 17th August 2017, and received a part of my order on the 22nd August. I immediately emailed them to advise that I had not received a part of my order, and did not receive a reply. I asked for a refund on the 23rd August, no reply. I followed up on the 29th August, no reply. I also sent a Facebook Message, as I noticed that there were a lot of complaints on their Facebook page from people who had not received their orders.

ebook saying that they had sent an email regarding the refund. I emailed through my Account Details to process the transfer, on September 5th. No reply. I followed up on September 8th, 13th and again today (19th). No reply. They have seen the second message I sent through their Facebook page, no reply. I would avoid EVER purchasing through Peptides Direct. They have no ability to run a business, which makes me incredibly nervous purchasing medical grade products through them. I have seen plenty of people who have had similar complaints, spending $$$, only to have their reviews removed and comments deleted.1 comment

Did you end up getting the refund processed? Back then we had a mix of issues with staff changes and terrible phone/internet service at our new office. I am sorry for how this effected you and that the team did not reply in good timing. That should never have impacted you. As for the removal of complaints, we have only just come across this site and setup a response account this week. I dont think we can delete reviews. Again, sorry about the issues you experienced. Sorry we missed this one. Yes we are definitely operating. We never shut down. We have a break most years over christmas, but orders can still be placed, they just do not get viewed until we return.

3 weeks is very uncommon for delivery. Did you get a chance to talk to the team about it? We do apologise that TOLL could not leave the package. Unfortunately the pharmacy controls the courier, but we will pass on this feedback to them. Thanks for letting us know.
