I have been a massive fan of Pestrol over the years and during this period have received incredible customer service.
However this product has not helped my problem at all - not only that but it appears that no one in their customer service department is able to assist in my so-called technical enquiry. I find this absolutely absurd that I paid for two of these units and no one at Pestrol has the no-how to assist me in my problem.
I have already been denied a refund after going a few days over my trial period yet they openly admit they don’t know how to assist me, on top of this apparently a few days grace doesn’t apply to loyal customers.
So disappointed - you guys used to be so great!

I have been using these units for years. When i first got them i did not place them properly and they where not being effective. Make sure you call pestrol for advice, i set mine up the way the staff suggested and it sorted the issue very quickly. I am on my second lot after 4 years and i would not live without them.

Bought these units in early November 2018 from pestrol, not an agent or re-seller, originally was buying one unit, but sales rep talked me into 2 units for best results.
Situated units as per there instructions & since at different locations in the house with absolutely no effect. Devices are turned on correctly with with solid and flashing lights as per there instructions

Got it for almost two months. Mice running around at night in the kitchen. After a couple of weeks using this repellent seemed it works a little. But now I can truly say it’s NOT. Also pestrol customer service is rubbish. You won’t get your money back if you not happy with it. Don’t waste your money. There’s plenty similar cheaper electronic mice repellers on ebay if you want to try one.

After talking to customer service in Pestrol and explaining my problem, they came up with a solution for me on how to deal with rats I have in my roof. I received Pestrol unit very quickly (I think a couple of days) and I had it going immediately to see what results I will get. And it worked, as all the noise I heard before has stopped. Very satisfied customer and will always use Pestrol from now on.

I've had mice in my cabin in the country for years. I've seen them on several occasions. I've left out Ratsak and other baits since I can remember and the rodents were eating the bait as there was remants of bait all around the kitchen and living areas. There was also mouse droppings behind furniture. I bought a Pestrol Rodent Free about four months ago and the bait stations are still full and there is no evidence of mice anywhere any more. I can only conclude that it really works. I am one very happy customer.

I have this product for over 12 months, I had a spot where the mice would come in under house.
I tried baits but learnt the smelly reasons why that is not a good idea, that is why I tried the the Pestrol Rodent free device.
I have not seen any mice about also, where they were coming in the is no sign of them being there.
I have also noticed that the is less spider and flies in the house I an not sure if my Prestrol device has anything to do with this but I wound complain if the is and added bonus.
I was well worth the money in purchasing the device.

Had product for 7 months after purchasing because rodents damaged wiring to heater. Just had to pay to get it wiring fixed again as same thing happened. So not effective at all I would say. I really wanted this to be a solution as I hate the idea of poison and traps are impractical to utilise in tricky areas.

Purchased this approx 2 years ago and whilst sceptical at the start we needed a non toxic solution due to pets and young children. Our mice problem is still under control with no site of them. I do regular roof inspections and there isn’t any trace of them. Brilliant product and customer service is top notch

Hi, I don't normally write reviews but feel that I need to let everyone know how good this product is. For anyone who is wondering if this product works than I can say from our experience it does.

Every night rats would party in our ceiling and they were so loud they would wake our kids! We had a pest control company put baits in our ceiling and outside and within a fortnight we would have to get them back as the rats were partying again. When the pest company replaced the baits they said all the bait was gone. We were finding dead rats...

Bought two Pestrol Rodent Free devices over two years ago. Mice activity ceased immediately. Two, maybe three times since I have heard a mouse in the roof or walls and thought they are back but the noise doesn’t continue so I assume mice are still getting in but the Pestrol Rodent Free’s must scare them away again. I recommend these devices.

Had this product now for about 3 years. The amount of times we would get a dead rodent in our roof after baiting, would drive anyone bloody nuts. To my surprise this product has worked! I continued baiting after getting it and the bait hasn’t been touched! Pestrol I owe you guys a couple of beers

I purchased the product after hearing it on 2GB. Previously to this purchase I had spent a lot of money on pest controllers. Unfortunately the rodents would eventually return and using baits wasn’t satisfactory as I have had two occasions where rats had died in my roof cavity. The smell was incomprehensible! The delivery arrived Quickly. The instructions weren’t as clear as the could be, none the less after ringing the company in Sydney I was all good to go. The first few nights I heard more activity and was a little concerned. However that has been the last evidence of any rodent activity for 2 years now. Needless to say I am thankful for the results

Bought one for home and had it only a few meters from where the rodents are scratching for over a week and did absolutely nothing. Finally got the Ratsak and all fixed.

Nothing compares to it .thank got i dont need to use baits anymore,amazing product.So much better than using chemicals and poisons. Dont know exactly how it works and dont really care so long as it continues to do the job.

I have been using traps and poison forever, and what I noticed, recently, for what ever reason it has stopped working. I had no choice but to try something different and came across these guys on google, so why not, gave it a go, and 1 week in, no more scratching. Whatever it’s doing I am hoping it will continue to do it!

Absolutely magical. I plugged the rodent frees in and there was some more rustling than normal for the first few days but by the end of the fortnight I was able to get an amazing night sleep cause there was NO MORE RATS!! I also got one of their indoor mosquito traps, am yet to use it but I am really looking forward to. Summer here we come.

Definitely had a huge reduction; still got some rats in our carport. But at lest I don’t have to use baits anymore. I will be trying one of your mozzy traps for summer

We have had a PRF0001 operating since June THIS YEAR, last night we caught 2 RATS in a $7 rat trap
The PRF0001 is still on, and was operating within less tha two metres of where we caught the rats.

Excellent results after about a month. First month heard a lot of activity in the roof and it almost sounded like a lot more mice all of a sudden appeared. I was getting suspicious that it wasn’t working but all of a sudden all the noise stopped and nothing returned since then. Happy with the results and would recommend this product.

I don't like the idea of inhumanly killing any living being so I was in a quandary on how to remove the mice that were setting up home in my house. I bought a few of the cheaper units from the supermarket but they didn't seem to work so I decided to try pestrol . I noticed that there was no droppings after about 2 weeks but then about 2 months later they started to reappear. I rang and let them know that I felt the unit had stopped working, so they sent me another one and they have now definitely all moved out. Customer service was great as is this product. Thankyou pestrol.

I purchased a rodent free on a trial and after having it plugged in for 2 weeks it seemed like it did nothing. I still heard noise at night time in my roof. I called to get the product returned, they send me a return form but also asked me to relocate the unit to a different area. I had it plugged in the kitchen, as I thought that's where the problem is. After moving the unit to a living room, and another two weeks - the noise stopped, so i can only assume it did work in the end. So I am keeping the unit!! thanks Pestrol

I bought my first mice repeller in the UK 15 years ago. When we moved to Australia we had to get a new one. I got a couple of less expensive products to begin with and had less than satisfactory results. Like many of the other reviews I’ve read I found out about this product through talk back radio. I have use the Pestrol thingie now for over 2 years and we are happy with the results. My wife will not let me use traps or poisons. My only complaint is that they are quite expensive.

I was a little annoyed there was a mixup with postage, however I got the unit plugged it in and low and behold it seems to work. I really really didn’t think this is gonna work so I’m pleasantly surprised after hearing the radio spots all the time

My wife was on my case asking me to get this after seeing on TV, did not have any expectations at all that it was going to work, but i will admit when I am wrong. Bought a few of them back in January and it worked in the house straight away, no more scratching sound at night. I called and bought a few more for another property, waiting to see what happens there. Will do an update shortly. Ordering was easy, good customer service, delivery was fast.
