Just completed the H & R Rep course in Brisbane. It was well worth the time and effort spent. Facilitator was excellent. Would recommend Pinnacle to anyone considering relevant industry training.
Did cert IV going back for Diploma WHS
Not as good as face 2 face training but giving its Covid, it is a great alternative. Feed back from the trainers is supportive and encouraging. Cant be beaten price wise.
Cert VI Training
I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Pinnacle. I did the one-day-per-week for 10 weeks option. I had four different facilitators during this time due to business reasons which lead to some inconsistent teaching and expectations. My preference would have been to have the same facilitator throughout. My final Trainer/Assessor, Keen, was a fountain of wisdom and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my fellow students and I understood what was required of us to do well. I would not hesitate to go back to Pinnacle and complete further training with them. :)
Course and trainer excellent. A small issue of receiving my training materials.
I thoroughly enjoyed my Cert 4 in OHS. Initially, I had some issues getting my learning materials emailed through and had to call 3 times and be re-enrolled before they successfully emailed my learning kit.
Once the course began, I was thrilled and excited and motivated. My trainer was energetic, fun and passionate about what she taught. I know the Cert 4 is a fast-track one week course, but I would have happily spent a couple of weeks there learning.

... Read moreertificate on the last day, literally 30min before the course ended, and felt satisfied that I had earned it. My trainer spent equal amounts of time one-on-one with anyone who requested it, working hard to fill knowledge gaps when it came to basic computer skills I lacked at the time. Above and beyond. I will recommend to others, DESPITE the initial problems with receiving my e-learning kit. OHS is a difficult and complex field to enter, but my trainer gave me the tools I needed to learn for myself, rather than be spoon-fed information. A university style of learning, so if you are looking to be spoon-fed, this is not the course for you.

I did WAH course in Murarrie, trainer Matt was professional & the legislation info really useful. I would recommend this course definitely.
