Went to get the data recovered of my external hard drive. Very prompt and professional, the staff kept me well informed throughout the process. As I am an interstate customer the process was a little more involved through certegy.
Priti however was awesome!!! The whole order went through fine, with Priti assisting all the way.

Bought a cad machine from this company, unstable from day one. Then broke down under warranty and got charged $339 to repair, now 8 months later dead again. Not going back to get charged again.

The website works well and made it easy to decide if they could put together what I want while being able to figure out what works with my budget from the comfort of home. They have a great range of options that meant I could put together a system that is an uncommon configuration easily without spending unnecessary money.

At this stage I have not received the system as I was offered to do this review before the system was posted for a bonus - I will amend the review if there are any issues, but Veenay is very professional and is clear in his communication. I appreciated the call he gave me regarding the note I left in my order, gave me a lot of peace of mind.

Veenay and Precision Computers gave me great advice and their service has been brilliant.
I know very little about computers and I needed to buy a high quality desktop gaming and YouTubing PC for my tech savvy 10 year old boy.
Rather than sell me everything he could, Veenay showed me that I could get the quality computer my son needed without spending money that was not necessary. He was generous with his knowledge and generous at the cash register.

I shopped online and did my whole transaction, including finance, via email. A very easy experience, I would recommend them.

I was originally bewildered by the plethora of gaming pc components to contrast and select from, however Precision's sales reps were able to guide me through the decision making process and were extremely helpful in matching a gaming system to my needs. I found the website easy to navigate and the range of products within the gaming category substantial. If you need help in deciding which PC system is right for you, I highly recommend this company.

Although we are yet to receive our computer as it is still being built, so far the customer service here has been fantastic. They are patient and reassuring and made sure we got what we needed in a system. Highly recommend.

Being Apple I have no worries about the quality of products I have purchased today. Precision computers offered me different payment options which allowed me to purchase both items I was chasing
