Great
I love this vacuum so much. It's light weight and Carry's perfect. However it does not handle water that well. It sucks up water from carpet no problem... But does not sound right after sucking up. But all Elea is great with this.
I like how long the hose is

Great vacuum!
We run a tour company and our vehicles get filthy inside every day with sand. We've had this pullman vacuum cleaner in our workshop for about 10 years now and it still cleans the vehicles everyday spotlessly. I recently bought one for home and as with the other one, cleans perfectly. You have to clean the filters regularly but it is easy to do and the locking tabs on the vacuum are great to use and are very hardy. I recommend this product.

Terrible
Beware, that this model is NOT made in Italy but in fact it is made in China and it shows. The quality is very poor and we found it's not a robust commercial cleaner. Even though we were only using it as a domestic cleaner. We have a slightly larger than average 3 bedroom house with hardwood floors and only one carpeted room (a guest room). We vacuum about twice a week. We wanted a commercial cleaner because we have 3 indoor dogs and live on a property and had owned a Vax for over 15 years without ever a problem, not one.

re you buy, especially when it comes to Warranty . We bought the cleaner from an online store, BuynSave Australia. I had to contact them via email as they do not provide a phone number. They emailed back asking for photos which we sent. Then a protracted series of emails followed and they refused to ever provide a phone number or the name of the person/people we were dealing with. In short, Buynsave Australia warned us that it appears to them that the damage is our fault. They advised that the tugging at the hose and pulling the machine around with hose leads to the fault. That the vacuum head is made of plastic and is not designed for major hits. They advised that if we were to return the parts and they found it was our fault (which they already alluded to) that they would not honor the warranty and that we would have to pay for the costs to have the broken parts returned to us. They advised that this would involve a turn around of 3 weeks. We owned a vax for over 15 years without a problem, not one broken part. We used the pullman for general domestic cleaning even though it's sold as a commercial cleaner. We were not prepared to send the broken parts and wait for 3 weeks to then have to pay to have the broken parts returned.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

I have used a lot of difarent pullman vaccums and found that they were a great vacuum cleaner as long as I stuck to the rules of operation cleaning out the filter after each use was very helpfull and the fittings were not glued in so that I could replace the hose after a few years if i needed. overall the products that I used we great.
very easy to fix and parts were cheap and easy to find. thumbes up for this one
well it would have been great if it came with a person to vacuum the offfice and house for me, ha ha
