I purchased the socks for Fathers Day, the same day as a colleague .. she received her socks and I did not ... I had to email and text numerous times before I got a response... I had to demand a refund before getting an update. They advised they would post from SA to VIC due to being 10 days past Fathers Day ... socks were posted to me, I complained about this and my message was ignored!!! Choose another company! This is not worth the stress or lack of communication! Shop elsewhere!!

For such expensive socks, I expected them to be good quality. They looked fantastic at first and my husband was excited to try them on however when he did, they didn’t fit right. They had no heel and were right across the front despite getting the correct size. They were really thin and not comfortable at all. Would not buy again. The socks were guaranteed for Father’s Day delivery which is why I didn’t mind splurging on a pair of socks but they didn’t even arrive on time. On the plus side, customer service was great.
