Quest Bars

I thought I'd try these as the macros looked good but - oh man, the taste is bad. It's not often I find something so bad I can't bring myself to eat it. Tried cookies and brownie, both ew.

I've been doing Keto so thought these bars would be perfect, but they are so so sickly sweet I couldn't finish them. Ended up chucking them out. I tried 3 of the flavours so maybe the other ones are better.

They are amazing. I had heard about them from social media and online and when I finally got around to trying them i decided to get one of each. Best decision ever. Some of them weren't the best in suit to MY pallet. But they tasted grrat none the less. They don't taste like your other unhleathy options in terms of type of sweetness etc. But OMFG they are still sooooo good. Furthermore knowing the companies mission and Tom Bilyeau's mission to make the world a better place makes it satisying to the soul too. Would highly recommend!!!

The Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough tastes awful. As others have said sickly sweet and in my opinion doesn’t taste like chocolate or cookie dough. I ate half the bar and I’m not not sure I can stomach the rest. I like the Macros but I cannot stand the taste. I will not be buying any other flavours or any more bars.

The taste of the Choc Chip Cookie Dough is so sickly-sweet that it makes me gag and has a nasty after-taste that lingers for way too long after being consumed. I purchased a 12-pack on sale and tossed 11 and a half of them into the bin. The Quest website claims it's like sneaking a spoonful of cookie dough straight from the bowl.... hmmm, it's not like any cookie dough I have ever tasted. They also have this bar listed under 'fan favourites' Quite frankly, I find both statements a little hard to 'digest'.

Defiantly not the worst tasting protein bar i have tried but bad tasting enough to put me off purchasing again . I got the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough one while on special at woolworths to try and its tastes so artifical and fake with a rank sweet artificial after taste that lingers . The Macros on the bar seem good but plenty of better tasting bards out there

Yuck. Just yuck, I have tried several different flavours, hoping one would be palatable but no dice. These have great macros and seemed so promising in my transition to low-carb, but the flavour is just artificial to the point of being revolting. Sorry Quest, I know you tried - but these are essentially sweetened whey protein and no amount of "flavour" can disguise that.

Although I've tried the mint chocolate chunk,s'mores,cookies & cream & chocolate chip cookie dough flavors & as OK as all the others are flavor wise,I literally have to buy the white chocolate raspberry quest bars by the box because they're so good.

Do you remember the good ol' times where your parents would wash your mouth out with soap for saying something naughty?

Mix that by-gone-era taste with 1/4 cup of aniseed oil and half a spoon of cookie dough and you've got *drum roll please* ... Quest Bars' Cookies & Cream Protein Bar!

Worst thing I've ever tasted. So much so, that when my partner walked into the room and asked "what are you reviewing!?" I gagged just describing the taste out-loud.

Don't even read this review and go and buy one. You will regret it. You and your $4 will part for nothing.

Buy a carton of eggs instead.

These things are so crap. They taste like holy communion. Every flavor tastes exactly the same. Don't buy this product. It is a huge waste of money. The flavors are misleading and the wrappers are too. Screw you questbar. Fix your product. Stop making me waste money on your good packaging and poor product.

A wide variety of flavours and an okay ingredients list, not great but acceptable considering it's a protein bar. Having one bar shouldn't cause you bloating if you are already used to having adequate fibre but if not then it will most likely cause discomfort. No soy is a big bonus I wouldn't agree with others on the sickly sweet taste, I mean sure maybe for the strawberry cheese cake but what are you expecting.

I have tried many protein bars and heard a lot about quest bars. Unfortunately they taste terrible. They are sickly sweet but really fake tasting. I tried about 4 different flavours but cringed every time I had to take a bite. Save your money and try another brand.

I bought a bunch of these as I wanted an easy, filling snack on the go, and I was curious about the different flavours. I started eating one every few days or so and found that they kept the hunger pangs away. I enjoyed the double chocolate chunk flavor, but most of the others tasted quite odd/artificial and too salty for my liking. After a few weeks of having them I started to get bloated and have occasional headaches so I stopped having them and switched to healthier, more natural snacks instead.

Quest bars are by far the best Protein bar on the market. What makes a huge difference? No SOY! No other bar I have found is the same. The taste is awesome as well!

I have tried just about every protein bar available & these are #1. Every flavour is delicious especially the ones with real chocolate bits in there, great macros. I eat 1 or 2 per day to make sure I hit my target of protein each day. I have just bought the quest protein chips - giving them a go :) would recommend these bars to anyone. Also warming them up is great, I buy in box loads depending where cheapest, iherb (have the quickest postage & best range).

Always have a number of Quest Bars on hand. They are incredibly handy to keep on top of my macros especially if I am unable to have a more involved meal at the time (e.g. unpredictable work commitments etc.). Also worth noting the nutritional information varies with each flavor. They vary in fat and carbs so having a few different flavors helps depending on what your goals/needs are. They are expensive but in moderation they are okay (e.g. eating 1+ daily is expensive, one every few days where applicable is okay).

These have been working well for me as a snack between meals, have helped me resist bad foods, especially chocolate bars. I have tried most flavours, the best are cookies and cream and cookie dough.

If you live in Canada don't order from here! They charged me a ridiculous amount for delivery, then delivered it 35 minutes away from my home to be picked up by me or arrange further delivery at additional cost to me. The bars are ok but not worth the hassle if you need delivery!

These are the most tasty protein bars you can buy without a doubt. Hint, pop them in the microwave for 20-25 seconds to make them even better!
