Amazing team . Rebecca is great . Fast working . I did find there was some extra cost but worth it for the extended warranty. Im happy with how its all gone . Fantastic

Were very patient with my application as am not the easiest to get a hold of. Worked through my application professionally and were always able to answer any questions that I had. Cannot recommend enough.

No Communication, No Response to Complaint Email - He is the Director
Previously had a great experience with Rapid Finance. Unfortunately not this time. No communication, then lied to.
I don’t normally write reviews but after receiving no reply to my complaint email to Rapid thought I would do so. Now realise why I have had no response, according to replies to other reviews he is the Director!!

Read moreage, lets clear some things up! When your bank statements were received, there was dishonours on your bank statements and 4 undisclosed liabilities and you live in overdraft. These are all items that are concerning, particular through Covid 19. Rather than declining your application, which is what we would normally do in this situation and because you were a repeat customer, we attempted to assist. Hence, us chasing the lender you were with in order to "sell" your circumstances. Due to Covid 19, all lenders are slow and we finally got a response on 3/9 at 3:10 pm. (Not forgetting Vic is in stage 4 lock down). When I spoke to you at 4:49 pm on the same day, I explained its a 50/50 with that lender and we were looking at other options to assist. This is when you advised you do not want to proceed as it was taking too long. Its important to note, its in our interest to have your finance settle as well, but we have to cater to the laws under responsible lending and we need to attempt to get you the best deal. You were never lied to! We have full records on file including the email from the lender you are currently with outlining their concerns, along with every conversation, text and email. Its also important to note, we have 21 days in order to response to a complaint. However, I'm sorry you decided to not proceed and while I understand your requirement for a vehicle quickly, we were working with your profile, during Covid 19, in which would have been a lot simpler if the items outlined above was not the case. My experience with Rapid Finance was good, unfortunately let down but some slow communication. Though employees were very friendly and were happy to help with my needs for a loan.

Read moren addition, we have had lenders pull approvals at settlement and we have seen massive tightening up of lending criteria. I was here through the GFC and this virus is a lot worst.
