Order from Red Rooster on the app and preorder around 3pm on a Sunday. Ended up ringing and they said they had no drivers on a Sunday so it wont be delivered. They never called to say it could not be delivered to give us time to sort something. No alternative options were offered just told to wait for refund.

Then on the following Thursday night and there was a the knock on door. Our order was from Sunday night turned up on our doorstep. Rang to find out what the go was and it was supposedly set to come out that night. Was told they would tal...

I went to red roaster 3 times one I had not enough food with to much of bone and the other 2 times I had a bone each and that’s why I am rating one out of 5

Had a 5 dollar lunch deal after visited few times mentioned they ran out at 1pm. So yesterday bought 3 sets along with another mega meals and drinks, ate by my mates together straight after thaf. Both of us got sick and suspect chicken is not fresh. Ended up puking, having headaches. During sales and purchase the takeaway cashier didn't even bother scanning the red rooster loyalty card and denied scanning it after despite above 30 bucks. The one on Frentreegully road, nottinghill is hopeless in customer service and safe food to eat. Going to further report to authorities now. Terrible red rooster services in all aspect.

Red Rooster has a new fried chicken product. Intended to rival the Colonel. A 101% fail. Its crispy and crunchy and the coating sorta works. But is just a texture. Its otherwise bland...but....

But what totally fails is the...chicken. RR claim its brined...in house. That means its soaked in saltwater.....surely not... Ok. Warning. It tastes like ocean water. Its disgusting. Hell knows the sodium level. They dont know either. They worked out how to make chicken taste like saxa salt. Well done. Its the worst food i have ever purchased. Doesnt taste like chicken. Tastes like pure salt straight from a packet. The whole packet.

Dont buy unless you love eating a mouthful of salt.

You try to support the underdog but their prices are high and meal proportions deceptively small. The staff are ok

You need to try the fried chicken. It is amazing
Perfect mix of hot and spicy and original.

Shocking old chook and corn left me wincing in agony for 24 hours. Must be breaching health regulations and running filthy store or maybe the food just rancid. Never again.

Initially bought 10 pieces of the crunchy fried chicken when it came out from the Cranbourne Victoria store (generous size pieces & a great price of $2 each, we were very impressed). Now the Cardinia Lakes store in Pakenham Victoria has released it, we couldn’t wait to get some more as the store is much closer to where we live. What a severe disappointment! Not allowed to buy 10 pieces as they only come in 6 / 12 / 18 sizes. Grrr. So we bought 12 pieces for $27.95 which is more expensive than the other store for some reason? Upon opening the bo...

I have order something from red rooster and I didn't received the meal the service was very poorly I though the customer services very unprofessional.
I do not think iam not ordering from there anymore. They didn't resolved the issue no refund very dispointing

I bought this deal today for lunch. Got it takeaway. When I got home, I opened the paper bag and the bag the roll came in was so hot. When I saw the roll, it looked so soggy and had been microwaved. I rang the store and they confirmed that that is what they do. Prepare it early in the morning and then microwave it when ordered. It was horrible....never again!!!

Today 02/01/2021, Brisbane Domestic Airport Red Rooster. I was rudely served by a plump Indian girl with long hair and wearing a long sleeve T-shirt dirty with orange type powder.
I ordered a burger combo, tried to confirm my order. I was told that my order is fine, what I was charged was not on the menu burger or price. Once she gave me my order, the burger was completely wrong.
The food went into the bin after this Indian girl was using napkins to wipe her face in between customers without washing her hands or puting the napkins in the bin,...

Extremely small bag of chips, ordinary gravy, there very small pieces of chicken that was dry it was crunchy though.

Ordered on Uber eat received wrong order. Went into the store, manager was rude and the right order looked disgusting

I received a Red Royalty voucher for 10 free nuggets and sauce. Upon arrival at the store the manager claimed he could not process the voucher unless I bought something. No where on the voucher did it state that I needed to purchase something. I felt the manager was being dishonest. Is it any wonder that Red Rooster is a dying franchise?

As president of Ellenbrook Retirees WA branch we ordered a large delivery for our Christmas lunch celebration .
The delivery was made exactly on time, food of excellent quality, piping hot and delivered with a smile

Got a hellfire box. Burger slapped together like rubbish and chicken pops were like balls of deep fried rubber. Horrible

Ordered Tropicana With a Leg, twice at Woodvale WA store. Was given a wing that I never ever order. Poor.

Last night i heard an ad for this
I thought that sounds nice
It was hopeless mess of runny cheese and sause everywhere
You just couldn't eat it as a burger
The taste was not good
The can of coke was the highlight of the meal
Not going back anytime soon

Ordered delivery at 7:30pm received a confirmation text money withdrawn from my account the I received a text. We are so sorry to advise you that your order with Red Rooster could not be completed due to technical difficulties and the Restaurant did not receive your order.

Contacted store only to be told it’s not their fault it’s head office. There was no warning when placing the order that their delivery person doesn’t deliver past 7:45pm.
They have taken my money under false pretences.

I love red rooster buttermilk chicken pops, they are way better than KFC and they have no pesky chicken bones! I love it’s taste and how spicy it is. 10/10

I have eaten there twice in recent weeks and the drivethrough was quick as few customers. Food was cooked and ok serving size, but barely warm. Bad side-effect x 2. Never going back.

We just ordered online delivery from Red Rooster In rouse Hill for the first time. Excellent service, on time delivery professional and clean. Food all sealed and hot thank you very much Red Rooster Rouse Hill NSW :)

Thought I’d try Red Rooster years after not eating from them (as they were rated the dirtiest restaurant in Sydney back then) and I regret it! NEVER AGAIN! Absolutely disgusting .. literally my first bite and the entire meal for us and all our friends went straight into the bin. Disgusting!
