Ordered for delivery at 6.30pm tonight and arrived at 6.20pm hot and ready to eat. Very impressed with my experience ordering from Nundah Red Rooster. Keep up the great work Nundah Red Rooster.

Double the time they advise you. Plus they do multiple drop offs so by the time you get your food it’s cold!

Second time we have ordered red rooster delivery, both terrible experiences. This time delivery was advised as being approx. 30-40 min. Ended up being 1hr 20 min and by the time it arrived it was stone cold.
Called the restaurant after an hour and was advised it was leaving the store as we spoke. They failed to mention they had other drop offs to do prior to getting to our place.
Save yourself the time....get kfc

I won't order from Red Rooster again. It's the second time I've ordered a dinner via the App and never got it. Red Rooster used to be the best chicken.

Overcharged for slaw.

I find the chicken meals at Red Rooster to be small for the price. But I was taken aback when I was charged $7 for a medium sized slaw at Gaythorne tonight. I double checked the price and she said it was $7. All it had in it was cabbage, carrot, and the dressing. I could make a huge amount of slaw for this price compared to what I got. Also noticed on their menu on the website they don't put prices, I suspect I know why.

We got a rooster roll small box
We didn’t get a spoon or Serviette.
The chips were soggy and Rooster roll had too Mayo on it. It didn’t taste very nice

Just like to know why red rooster is charging 10% when you buy food on a Saturday when it’s not a public holiday the say it’s because it’s Easter I’m sure they aren’t paying there staff 10% more as it’s not a public holiday today in what’s going in the world I think this is unexplainable

Classic half is no where near half a chicken an chips, what chips. Absolute rip off. Near $14.00 an $5.00 worth of food, disgusting... However staff were nice.. Been going to this Red Rooster for years on an off an was quite satisfied but after this i will never step foot in another Red Rooster again an sadly nor will my family or my mates after i showed them how little i got.. Don't rip your customers off, they won't come back!!

Hi all your staff are wearing gloves this if fine, however they are wearing them all the time staff cleaned the atm machine touched a dirty rag to clean it then served me my food. When I let her know that was not good practice she informed me that this is what we are told to do
I let her know she should of changed her gloves before she served my food
Please red rooster if this is the case look at your hygiene practices they are all wrong
And you are not helping in the spread of all germs

Debited my credit card and then never delivered anything

i placed an order after receiving a promotional SMS. I then never got a response but they did debit my credit card. I rang the store where the order went and where the debit on the card was indicated. The store was very unhelpful saying they did not get the order and basically they did not want to help beyond that. This was the first time I tried to use their online ordering as we are being encouraged to stay at home. I will never order from Red Rooster again. I would suggest not to try their clearly faulty system. Now I will have to spend hours doing bank paperwork to get back $39. I do not know if I could be bothered. Clearly this is what red rooster is counting on money for nothing.

Disappointing

I have never had bad food from Red Rooster in all the years I have supported them in preference to the other chicken chain but the last 6 months the quality and cooking of the whole chickens has been very disappointing. They used to be fresh and juicy and the last few I have bought have been dry and seemed to have been overcooked. Hope this improves as prior to this I would not have hesitated in giving 5 stars as I have been to many different Red Rooster stores and their food was always spot on.

Completely got order wrong, missing items, train your staff it's embarrassing, Goulburn red rooster, clowning and joking behind drive thru, cannot be trusted with following food standards, had to readjust order at drive thru multiple times, no idea

I ordered 4 chickens cut into 1/8, chicken was not cut properly some was in 1/4. Ordered 2kg of chips and I was originally given only 2 family chips until I asked for more chips and then was given an extra 2 more family chips, 4 family chips all up which still wasn’t 2kg . Pick up was orders for 12pm and didn’t leave store until 12:30 . Not happy considering I’ve spent around $100 and that’s what I get for it

The size of the whole chicken was absurd. It must’ve been about 10cm long and mostly bone. Tasty but very expensive for the size. Value for money wasn’t good at all.

At first we enjoyed it but the menu is more expensive and boring.
We get more money worth with Pizza Hut! :)
Until we see some improvement we have stopped with Red Rooster.

first delivery meal !! don't bother

Red rooster as far as fast food goes feel it is a better option of all evils.... never great service but thought I would try the delivery service in Darwin...... wow don't bother.... still waiting a hour and 20 min later... god knows what food will be like ????? Phoned them up .... just another 10 or 15 minutes.... not even a big order. Don't waste your time and simply let this fast food chain that should be good go under... life is toooooo short sadly.

update..... finally arrived fresh and in a taxi ???? I'm confused. Asked guy getting out of passenger seat who was nice... a taxi ??? really... something about going to a friends place so dropped off... ???? still confused.

Received large brown take away paper bag with order. A big order. Anyway, later after eating, read paper bag. Chickens are guaranteed to be roasted for 55 minutes. Must be small chooks.

OMG every time I eat their chips my taste buds are blown away with deliciousness! Red Rooster is very underated and way better than KFC, Not enough seasoning! And McDonalds Chips are too Thin. The Seasoning is Perfect I don’t care if some parents say nothings perfect this is absolutely, well, it’s so good I can’t put in to words!

Ordered a delivery. An hour and half later and 2 phone calls still no delivery. And the managers crap excuse. They were busy. Never again.save your money get your food from anywhere else. Never ever waited so long. Store is about 7 minutes drive. Hogan’s corner you suck.
