Daily relief of tired legs.
I have used the Revitive Circulation Booster for the past month and have found it has given me relief for my tired and aching legs. Great no more morning tightness

Burning legs
Have had the revitive for a week and found it was good, but last night my legs were burning but I did use the machine for 1 hour.

Did nothing for my legs, only one side was working.
I was advised to return for a full refund. I did return within 2 week of receiving it, via FedEx. They claim they never received it and refused me my refund. Have made several calls and sent copies of my paper work with no satisfaction. $300 plus buck down the drain! Here's hoping you good luck with the product, otherwise forget any help or refund. Use your credit card so you can refuse payment...

Revitive does not work for neuropathy. My husband ordered on and tried it for 60 days he has had no improvement.Called to return how convent for the company it 60 days from order date not 60 days after received. Rip off poor customer service will never order from this company again.

leg spasm help
Had a stroke a while back and am parylsed down the left sde, at night my legs spasm and stop me from sleeping. I have used the RevitiveIX now for 1 year and find it does give me some muscle relief and sleep.

her setting it up and so I sort of forgot about it. Lately, the cramps are back and I pulled it out and decided to try this properly- not every 3rd day but do it once a day - I've got it set up under my computer desk- when I'm on the laptop, I have it on. - It's on now - I have it at 30 for 30 mins. My ankles have been swelling and this swelling is coming down, My knees have been swelling and this is coming down. My legs are not hurting like they did. I found the pulse was enough to get the circulation moving in my legs. I used to work in the hospitality industry where I moved all day - ran actually. To go from this (wearing very high heels - running ) to unable to move due to my legs hurting- my veins are getting very bad - so much so wearing shirts or a skirt is no longer an option. I found this is helping getting the blood up my legs- THE ONLY COMPLAINT that I do have is there's nothing telling you what number - level of pulse - to have the machine on. It starts at zero and goes to 99. I cannot imagine anyone having it at 99 ! I think that would be difficult. I use 30 x 30 ( pulse 30 for 30 mins ) Mine is the latest model- IX - it's green and white and is the machine Dawn Fraser advertises. I believe she is an honest person with integrity - who stands by her own values in life. She's a credit to Australia and I wish more people had her integrity. Thanks Dawn for letting people know about this product- Standing still in bars - in hospitals- on hard floors or not moving around a lot will cause your legs to ache- The blood needs to flow UP the legs - as well and my veins have caused this to not happen- My circulation is not good and this is why I got this machine. I don't want to end up crippled due to unable to move from bad veins / bad circulation and cramps. This model also has the attachments for other parts of your body. To date- I am very happy with this product & recommend. Please- use the PULSE wisely. Start off at something like 15 and work your way up- do it EVERYDAY - not 5 mins and stop. This was my problem that I just did it for 5 mins on 10 and stopped to do something, trip over it and then put it away. I now have it in a spot where it's not in the road and I use it while on the computer. If I stop to answer door etc ( if a courier arrives with a parcel ) I checked the time. It will turn it self off after 30 mins. I then start all over again - making sure the time is correct. I did 2 lots of 30 mins yesterday @ 30 pulse. - If they could let people know an idea of the pulse - how high- this would be great. It says what you are comfortable with but you need to know how high to get that blood flow moving up the legs- to improve circulation! So- my suggestion- start at 15 and go up 5 until you feel OK :-) (which of course- is probably wrong- but that's how I did it and I'm on 30 and will keep going up until I feel I've gotten the best out of the machine) This machine is expensive at $300 but - to save my circulation - save my legs- it's worth it. - Please Revitive IX - a SUGGESTION to buyers to let them know what level to start on- what's the best level of the pulse- saying what you feel comfortable with isn't very helpful. If you had this- and was clear it's a suggestion - then I would have given 5 stars. I'm sorry I cannot make it 4 and half- as it's worth more than 4 but less than 5 (due only to the lack of suggestions in the instructions, regarding the level of pulse- ) I'm on 30 now for 30 mins and have no idea if this is good enough- or not.TODAY I AM USING IT AT 30 minutes on PULSE Rate of 40. So, 30mins @ 40 pulse for feet. It gets stronger as the minutes progress- I'm down to 12 mins - so unsure what it will be like towards the last minute- But when I've used 25 or 30 pulse rate- I don't even realise it's stopped- the machine beebs to let me know- so, I think that means I am used to it :-) Luv this machine-Purchased in July 2021 at Shaver Shop for A$300.00.

You are right - consistency is very important. We recommend 1 or 2 x 30 minute sessions per day for best results. I hear your comments regarding the 'right' intensity to use. Unfortunately this is way too varied to recommend. If we told everyone the same intensity, some would not be able to feel it and others would find it too intense and may not be comfortable. There are so many factors that come into play. How mobile you are, your age, the current state of your circulation, and importantly, any medical conditions you may have. We have users on as low as 10 and plenty of users who need the maximum intensity (99). An intensity of 30-40 is very common. If you can feel your leg muscles pumping and you are not feeling any discomfort then this intensity would be right for you. With regards to the 'pulses' the device goes through a pattern of different 'waveforms' this is like a pattern of pulses. There are 15 different waveforms and the machine will rotate between them over the course of the 30 minute session to avoid muscle habituation. Money well spent
I brought the Revitive lX being using it 2x a day as I'm on concrete floors at work plus I have bad circulation. Just after my first day using it my legs felt 60% better, didnt have my usual heel pain. I love it should of brought years ago. I recommend this to anyone whose got bad veins like I do. Can't believe the difference in my legs plus can also use tens pads while feet being massaged. I normally check out anything of great value before I buy and this is money well spent.

Do I have to use a moisturizer with my medic machine?

It is not necessary that you use moisturiser however we do find that it can help to improve the stimulation that you experience from your Revitive. This is particularly true at the moment - as we head into the cooler months our skin tends to get dry - this can result in a lower stimulation felt. Drinking water can also help.
If you find that you are already well hydrated and you are not seeing a reduction in the sensation you are getting from your Revitive then you may not need to worry.

I was given my mother’s Revitive ix it has power as in the lights come on when turned on. But no vibration when feet placed on.

Hi steve s.
Revitive uses Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) to contract and relax your muscles, which may increase the blood flow in your legs and feet. The sensation of EMS is quite different to vibration - it is more commonly likened to a tingling sensation.
Given that the lights are coming on, it is receiving power. When the device is on, you need to place both bare feet on the foot pads (you need to have both feet on to create the circuit). Then slowly increase the intensity setting until you feel the sensation in your feet and legs. As you get used to the sensation you can gradually increase the intensity until you get strong but comfortable leg muscle contractions.
If you try this and feel it is still not working correctly, please give our customer service team a call to discuss - 07 5443 9767 - they can run through some trouble shooting and if there is an issue, they can organise any necessary steps.
