Faulty had to return
I was amazed how quickly it gave relief, great product, but after a week the machine failed to work on the battery. Could only use it whilst plugged into power. No hassles with return but no offer to supply me with a replacement which means my aches will return before my machine is returned. Wished they could have supplied me with another until mine is repaired.

Purchased Medic from HNorman NZ. Came home, realised had the wrong one after going on line and rang HN explained and they accepted return but said they could not supply Osteo Knee one so got that from AUS and returned other. Harvey Norman need to learn more and buy Osteo Knee REvitive.

When he said would i like to try the Revitive circulation booster, we have one which i can loan you for a week at no cost and see if it helps. Just be aware this is no toy, it has 100 settings and can be very strong. So i took it home and tried it straight away, i didn't realise it rightaway how much feeling i had actually lost in my feet. Because the first time i used it, i had it set on 60 before i felt any sensation or tingleing at all. The first day was more of a novelty, i got to level 80 before i started to squark. But i had to see how tough i'm not! The first day i didn't notice any thing,but i did tone down my need for more power. And set it back to 60 .After a few days i could feel and wriggle my toes, and the feeling of cramp had eased considerably but i had to give the unit back. That's when i bit the bullet and bought one for my self, it wasn't cheep it cost $550.00 odd dollars. I'm sure simmilar unit's would do the same, but this one i had a little experiance with. iv'e used this machine for 2 months now not every day but mostly. The swelling in my calves has gone down, i am now able to get a good night sleep. I like to use it just before i go to bed, i have a bath and watch a bit if telly. And i'm sleeping pain free, and anotherthing i have noticed i feel my feet tingling and twitch at 45 as apposed to 60 as before i started using the machine. But like everything when you have no pain, you forgett to use the machine and once again you wake up in pain. Would i recomend the Revitive circulation booster. In my case 100% thumbs up. Hi Toni,
This is a good question and one we get quite a bit. It is not at all uncommon to experience a stronger sensation in one foot and less in the other. We recommend that you use a setting that is strong but comfortable for the more sensitive side. The less sensitive side is still receiving the benefit of the EMS.
With regards to the arthritis pads, are you feeling the sensation? If the sensation feels strong (again, it must be comfortable - no pain) then you will be working the muscles. If the sensation is quite weak - you may need to increase a little. Remember that in arthritis mode, the EMS runs for 10 seconds then there is a long pause before the next wave begins.

The Revitive Osteoarthritis-Knee model has larger thigh pads that are designed to deliver electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) to the quadriceps muscles which may help to strengthen thigh muscles that support the knee. This extra support may reduce aches, pains and swelling associated with knee osteoarthritis.
The foot pads also use EMS to stimulate the muscles in your calf and food to contract and relax - this can assist to increase circulation in the lower legs.

We do have a model that is designed to assist with Knee-Osteoarthritis however as you are currently under treatment for the condition and awaiting surgery, it would be best to check with your doctor first.

Post surgery it is worth noting that we recommend using with caution within the first 6 months to ensure that there is no disruption to your recovery. You would also only resume use with your Doctor's approval. With regards to metallic implants - the device is still ok to use with metallic implants. There is a small chance that the stimulation may feel more intense close to the site of a metallic implant. If this is experienced you should reduce the intensity to a comfortable level.
