The online store was a pleasure to use and very easily navigable. With a wide variety of products available, however I feel as though this is a drawback as limited stock is available for certain products. Some being on backorder and unable to be dispatched as expected. Although the customer service received from Justin and the team at Roof Racks Store Australia was swift, punctual and effective.

Very good rack. Is quiet at speed and easy to use. Would be better if track was a little longer for large enduro mtb - rear wheel support wont sit directly under it. Was easy to install. Doesnt come with the barrel locks as standard but it does have the whip/cord.

I am always nervous ordering things on line as I am old school and like to physically touch and see the product I am purchasing so I know 100% what I am purchasing. In this case my choices were limited due to being in Covid lockdown living in Melbourne. My Thule bike rack order was unfortunately delivered without all required parts in the box. The level of customer service I experienced from Justin to rectify the problem was exceptional.
