RSVP suffers the same issues of onling dating but offers some hope!
Decided to try this site for what's its worth. Problem is the guys get endless fake attacks for the unaware gents. What genuine females there are for guys seeking women, are generally fussy, over reactive and downright rude so reading tall the existing reviews I totally agree with. I suspect online dating will end in tears for some, and a waste of money for many. The cost of stamps is ridiculously high unless you get a bulk discount offer which is still over $110 and offers NO Guarantee on any dates and contacts expire after 30 days. Premium me...Read more
mbership with 3 stamps a month is stupid. This is what raises my concern in that time seems to be killer, personally I want to rush into a relationship because most fail so it's like looking for gold in the ground, you'll pull out many bits of odd metal junk before you find a nugget. This is evident in that most women you contact, provide pics or contact details or plans to contact fall on deaf ears and you hear nothing. This demands a stamp refund in my books by won't happen. Also when you make contact again, I find many women make an excuse to turn against you for some reason trying to make you feel bad. Really most just can't say on a date, sorry you're not my type see ya! Gutless! So I feel the whole circus of online dating is breeding a society of women becoming too fussy and guys becoming worn out, depressed and can't be bothered so become abrupt, rude etc. Ok so some of us just want a good date and eventually a good pash, cuddle and FWB but really what's the big deal. At 55 plus society needs to loosen up and enjoy life but it seems RSVP is for the top end of town ladies, personally I find it a waste of time. Get a dog and go meet ladies in the park.1 comment

Total fake
Joined RSVP many years ago. After 1 month, I deleted my profile. There were too many fake profiles on this site. No one answered any of my free kisses.
I thought I’d give it another go this month. Nothing has changed. Out of 25 or so free kisses, only 3 were returned. Then had to buy stamps to go any further with these members. $45 for 3 stamp that expire in 90 days. Each stamp used allows communication with a member for 30 days. Used 1 stamp to message 1 member, got no reply. Used another stamp to send a message, got a reply, no that member h...Read more
asn’t been online since. The 3rd stamp, message back and forth twice. Now that member has deleted her profile. I suspect it was a fake. This site is full of scammers, fake and OLD profiles. RSVP is very expensive to use when no one replies to messages. I should have read reviews on this site before rejoining. I suspect the 4 & 5 star reviews are on put on the review sites by RSVP staff. This site is only free to view members.

Avoid RSVP at ALL costs
Having elected to NOT follow up with one member she submitted a "fake" complaint and I was subsequently blocked. I was able to contact this crowd but they refused to support the claim. Simultaneously they continued to accept further payment. They, a Fairfax identity, have provisions to refund monies but again refused.
All they are interested in is the money and I also found some of the profiles listed are fakes.

BEWARE !!!!!!! Stamps are needed to actualy start ANY CONVERSATION
I joined RSVP recently (January 2018), as part of a promotion for their Premium membership, in which new members received two weeks worth of Premium membership free as part of a trial (plus two free " communication stamps"). Was chatting to what I thought was a reasonable and genuine guy and then he just suddenly de-activated his profile (taking a Break apparently). Now in order to chat to this new guy, I had had to buy stamps in order to communicate with him, as I had used up my two free stamps with other guys who had not replied anyway. BEWAR...Read more
E THIS WEBSITE !!!! You may exchange free kisses with members, however to actually start a conversation with what I thought was a potential and genuine match (obviously leading to a potential date), I had to fork out more money just to get the conversation started. This latest " rejection " comes off a string of rejections I had had through online dating, and frankly I can't take much more of it. Online dating sucks and this website sucks. I just want to meet a man that is BRAVE and not a COWARD when it comes to talking with women.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Beware Psychopaths use this to pounce on unsuspecting people
I was in a good place emotionally, financially and was looking forward to the next stage of my life. Was totally conned by someone who pretended to be someone he never was. And I was not the only one. Am never subjecting myself to the dangers of online dating ever again. He continues to be your most prolific user and I urge everyone to do background checks on dates before you get conned like me. Oh and I'm no dumb bunny he just has many years of practice and as it turns out a criminal record for assault on a previous partner.

RSVP - Customer Service doesn’t exist
RSVP - The date site.
As a service - it’s fine. Various quality of members - no complaints on that front and you can control who you speak to.
As a business - they suck. Lacking Duty of Care in monitoring scammers/fake profiles using the site. Their definition of Customer Service is rude; unskilled; keyboard bogans. Motivation appears to be money grubbing over service. Risky when there are so many other dating products available these days.
Hopefully you never have an issue that requires assistance.

Safe enough
I have been on and occasionally off RSVP for the last 5 years. I would say they are fairly good and yes like all sites you get your scammers but they are easy to spot.
Met a few people, nothing great that lasted. I recently left the site after a rude experience with one of their support staff. I would not say to judge the site for that one thing but for me, that tipped it enough to say goodbye. Some of the members I saw on these sites have too high expectations and issues but then again all other sites are not much different. Time to meet people the old fashioned way and stop playing this sympathy card game that is online dating. Give it a go but chances are you will get bored or tired of it and/or get fed up with perfectionists

Fantasy world for unrealistic and mostly not genuine men...not genuine in regard to women and to the
Men hiding behind profiles largely. Hiding narcissism, not much to offer genuine women, inflated sense of themselves and totally looks and age driven. So many 55 year old men looking for 35 year old women. Really? Honesty, realism and well rounded adults of both sexes make for lasting connections and fulfilling relationships. Genuine connection not found on dating sites in my case but via a new interest in the "real world"

Inconsistent customer support
Signed up and paid for premium membership. Also paid for extra stamps. Can't fault quality of members on there however the way RSVP manage the stamp refunds is of some concern. There was a couple of instances where I requested a stamp refund and received very good service and no questions asked. However they seemed to have tightened down on this (I can only assume) recently and I was told of these certain circumstances on stamp refunds. Stamps are not cheap and come at a premium - as previous reviews, this site is all about profit before service.
Try the frees sites like Plenty of Fish - quality just as good and don't have to put up with inconsistent customer service.

Just not that great
It may be me, lets face it we are all on dating websites for one reason or another. I find that there is no great communicators on the site and I think some very fussy people.

Profit before service and ease of use!
Easy to sign up but deliberately difficult to cancel direct debit. Why so? Users get no choice but to sign up with a revolving 3 month premium service that you have to Google how to get out of! Not good enough RSVP.

OKAY overall
RSVP is a hit and miss. There are some good quality and genuine people but there are also scammers and guys looking for ONS and fake profiles/old photos etc. You will need to exercise caution and your own judgement.

RSVP Does NOT VERIFY PHOTOS
If you report misleading photos to RSVP they RESIST with: Due to RSVP terms and conditions and they will not verify photos. Basically RSVP is allowing fraudulent behavior because the result is always RSVP's financial gain. At the moment RSVP's balance sheets look good using the UNVERIFIED PHOTO strategy but when RSVP is forced to introduce verified photos business will decline rapidly.
Due to current RSVP terms and conditions anyone is ALLOWED to PRETEND to be a lookalike without any restrictions and when you discover the dishonesty on your first date you will blame the person BUT in actual fact the instigator and enabler is RSVP.

Ladies don't waste your time (or risk meeting a psychopathic con artist like I did!)
We all learn from our past mistakes and boy, did I! I finally gave RSVP the flick two and a half years after meeting a string of emotionally unavailable men who weren't ready to commit for a week, let alone to a serious relationship. It was at an RSVP function at City Tattersalls in 2014 that I met a man who conned me out of $20K within less than a month of meeting. After much research and trying to understand what had happened, I came to the realisation that this man was a psychopath. Thanks RSVP! I later discovered that this man also had ...Read more
an online profile. I reported him and his profile soon disappeared. I'm in the process of writing a book about my experience as a means of warning others about men like Steve. My advice to anyone looking to meet someone special - go out and meet in the real world! I took up Latin dancing and haven't looked back. Less than two years after my traumatic encounter with Steve I met the man of my dreams, a gorgeous Peruvian guy. I've since travelled to Peru twice, met his family, visited Machu Picchu and we're now engaged and in the process of renovating our new home. Your dreams of finding genuine love really can come true, but I doubt it will be through RSVP.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Not good.
A few years ago, new to the online game and naive, I thought having to pay big money to even make contact meant it was better than the free sites. Alas, that's not really the case. You're no better off here than with free (or paid) accounts on Tinder, Bumble, OKC or POF. Everyone reports the same issues. The price of stamps, stamps wasted, lack of genuine people, vanishing members etc. You can send a few kisses and may get some positive responses, but you always have to ask yourself whether it is worth taking the next step and paying to send a ...Read more
proper message. Some people have found long term partners on RSVP but they must be the minority. I have returned after a year of inactivity for a quick browse and seen some of the same members, still there, last active today, so the membership pool can also be quite stagnant. Very underwhelming overall given the price. I think generally only a certain type of man who ticks all the profile boxes does well with online dating - for all others it's very hit and miss. On average, you'd have better luck hitting up the checkout chick at your local greengrocer.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Lots of shallow people and players...very difficult to find meaningful relationships
I met my date, the one I'm dating for a year now on this site, but I strongly recommend you to expand your social networks to increase your chance of meeting you soul mate, you probably have better luck.
Before this, I came across lots of flaky people, cheaters, sex addicts, men who want ego boost, men with unrealistic expectations, you name it!
Some men told me they are not ready for a serious relationship, but got upset that I refused to meet up. I'm not looking for sex buddy. Thank you very much!

he ones who have stayed on rsvp for years?! people are dating someone still leave their profile on just in case. Sad. The abundant choice on rsvp and on other dating sites make it so easily for online daters thinking that it's easy to find love just like buying veggies at grocery stores...someone better should be out there somewhere, no need to work for relationship anymore. Next. Next. Next....Things have not always been smooth between me and my date, but we always have managed to work through it, instead of calling it quit and jumping back on the site...Similar opinion? Fill of fake people - expensive stamps and non-refundable
Bad web site design, stamp are expenses and full of fake people. Admin support is minimum, change photos are so difficult, many profiles have no photos, i have 6 stamps there and they don't wanna refund me.

There are millions of people looking for a partner and dozens of dating sites, but it seems all are frauds, some bigger than others! Can't believe this is the state of affairs in First World countries like the US and Australia in the 21st century!!
What an irony!!!
Is there any organisation, government or private, that can be relied upon to find and punish dating service fraud??

Gave it up after seeing the same old faces time and time again. Just indicative these women aren't finding a partner and persisting with the site. I cancelled and got out but they do tempt you with 6 free stamps for a weeks use.
