Hi, I ordered 6 weeks ago and am still waiting for 1 rug. I’ve used your online contact form 5 times and no reply. Your email doesn’t work. You have no contact number. Can someone please respond to me as to where my rug is otherwise I would like a refund. My order number is 14083.
I made two orders and have not received my rugs and have difficulty in getting information when they will arrive

Hi Gail, We've just received access to respond, so sorry for the late response. I've checked your order and I see we replied to you via email the very next day, and despite delays with the couriers you did finally receive your orders.
Have placed an order online about an hour ago but have not received any kind of confirmation email. I am very worried that my money has been placed in limbo.
Did you end up receiving your rug i have experienced the same thing :(

Yes I did receive it and within good time too. You probably have already, but it might pay to check your junk email. Additionally you could try calling them to check that they have received the order and payment. Good luck.
