I bought a Swell bottle because I lost mine during my trip to Australia. The bottle I got doesn’t keep the temperature at all like the old one, either cold or hot water. The worst is, when I fill it with boiling water, my hand can’t hold it because it’s like hot water in plastic cup! I wrote an email to Rushfaster and it’s been two months, I’ve never got any feedback. Their customer service is awful and the quality of product is not stable.

My first purchase came within 24hours of ordering. I was thrilled with everything about what I had ordered. Quality was exceptional. My second order was to be a Christmas gift surprise. The very next day after I placed my order I received a gift exactly the same as what I had ordered. I contacted Customer Service immediately and explained the situation. Fully understood my dilemma. I changed my order for another product and once again delivery was at my front door within a couple of days. Rushfaster you offer great products, your Customer Service is professional and your delivery of goods is fast. Why would you go anywhere else when there is a service like this. Thank you

This is my second time to order from Rushfaster. Ordered online and Got it earlier than expected! It was of good quality and comes in a nice box perfect as a gift.

Made purchase online and made an error but emailed customer service immediately and got a reply that they would alter my order. Very happy with how they handled my mistake. Love the product!

Literally order came in 3 business days. Ordered Patagonia blackhole and for those who knows, the shoulder straps are somewhat weird. Contacted them asking if I am missing any item to attach the shoulder straps (user error), the friendliest staff responded with instructions and also photos on how to attach the items. It did take a couple of days to get a respond, but it was during their madness sale so assuming most of the staff would be busy dealing with sales. Definitely will recommend this site

Bought a sale item online, informed a number of weeks later it was not going to be stocked and offered a different color, when I accepted this was then told it would be a full price item not a sale price. A waste of my time. Two stars because communication was relatively good, but still feel conned.

Highly recommend Rushfaster. I made an error when entering my order, thought it hadn't worked. Customer Service contacted me by the end of the day, let me know they had fixed the order and it was ready to ship. Next day delivery from Syd to Melb, when the service said "up to 3 days." Can't complain in any way and would use again next time I am in need of a bag.

Purchased a Blunt umbrella and received a defective one (rip is bended and broken)
Took a me around 7 dollars to ship it back with tracking number (I paid tracking as it was recommended on Rushfaster's website)
Later I received the refund email WITHOUT them paying me back the extra cost of shipping. So literately I just paid this amount for inspection of a faulty umbrella.
