I was given good tracking notification, the products arrived within a few days, and haven't been hassled with unwanted direct mail since the purchase.

I ordered a number of Twelve South products from Rushfaster. My order was packed & posted same day and received the next (Next Business Day shipping selected). One of the products had a manufacturing fault, so I followed the online warranty returns instructions and received a replacement free of charge within a week of commencing the return process. A fantastic experience all round.

Hi. Recently bought this bag. Bag is not worth $100 and they selling for $300. One of the crap bag and not practical as well. Operation Manager don't have any idea what he is talking about. There is no stains in the bag and he lie. I complain to NSW fair Trading of this Business. I wont buy anything from them. Iconic is much better and have value for money item.

I purchase a iPhone case which arrived with faulty and I send tones of email to the warranty team. Just no reply!
