I ordered my backpack on Monday, and it showed up on Wednesday in metro Melbourne. They notified me when my bag was on its way and a day later it was delivered to my doorstep. The price couldn't be beaten and the whole process was simple and quick. Great company to deal with and I'll be back if I need anything else!

Ordered my backpack Thursday night with the normal shipping, arrived Monday !

I'm sore at myself for falling for this, I've had an issue with a $80 iPhone case that fell apart after only weeks. My emails to them first told me in a scripted polite way to sod off.
After tweeting them with pictures they change tone and offered me a replacement.

I've spent weeks following up this replacement and still no case, it is clear that they are passively resisting standing behind the items they sell.

For Apple Store prices and margins you'd expect no quibble replacement.

They've lost a customer.

I bought few backpacks from rushfaster in the last few years. Every time it was speedy delivery and I received emails with the status of deliveries. I returned one of the bags because of the size was bit of small and got refund in couple of days. I'll buy again from them.

Bought a $200 Sandqvist backpack. Strap started to fall apart after a month of use. Contacted Rushfaster cia their contact email page twice & received absolutely no response. Disappointing. Would never purchase again from this company, no customer after care at all.

Absolutely love my backpack, perfect sixe to fit my 11" tablet (no cover). Love all the compartments, one at front for phone, two inside, one with mesh and velcro and a key chain inside.
Slips easily over shoulder and I can slip it around to my front to access. As I have mobility issues and need hands freeand use a collapsabile stick, I can the straps st front I can slot it into them, when not usung. So very happy.

Great service, both items arrived promptly, shipping across aus can take forever sometimes but 3 days and free.... awesome!

Fully expecting that Rushfaster would be well within their rights to say no, i decided to e-mail anyway to see if I could get the discount.
