Disappointing
This is the worst suitcase I have owned. When full(21kg) the wheels do not run straight. I had great difficulty maneuvering this case through airports, stations etc. It would veer to one side suddenly and I had to manhandle it to stop crashing into people and objects. Also when the zip compartment was full the case would topple over forwards. Definitely not fit for purpose.

omes unbalanced and topples over. The additional external pockets likewise are useless as they add to the overbalancing weight. Don't even try to 'extend' the lid section. The outside pocket came unstitched with only a plastic bag stored there. Overall, to get a better rating, the pull-handle needs to be more sturdy, the wheels larger and better tracking, and the whole lid packing section kept above the wheel frame. Samsonite is no longer a quality brand.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
