Shame Samsung, shame
I purchased two Samsung QA55Q75RAWXXY televisions and a Samsung UA32N5300AWXXY television too. Unfortunately the remote controls are switching on the other TV-s, I mean if I want to switch one TV on in the family room, the other one in the living room is switched on too, 8-9 meters apart and vice versa. If I switched the bedroom 32” TV on, both 55” TV-s are switched on at the same time. I was talking Samsung’s technical support technician, but he could not help. I was trying to find information about this problem online, but no one has a solu...Read more
tion. Many people, who purchased these TV-s have the same problem, like mine. I wrote to Samsung about my issue and after few emails changed there is still no solution. Samsung gave me an advice to put a small obstruction at the front of the television’s IR sensor. It would be like putting a crank starter-handle on the KIA or Hyundai or as a matter of fact on any other luxury car. Finally Samsung answer was that the head technicians have reviewed the particulars of my concern and as no manufacturing fault is present Samsung will not be proceeding in the matter further. In my opinion this is a disgrace how Samsung is handling this issue. As I pointed it out before, this irritating problem is not mine only. I reckon this is a big company's typical resolution towards the customers: "take it or leave it".Purchased in December 2021.

Hi Mick,
I do not need your sorry and apology, nor Samsung has to do the same. I am considering Samsung as one of the leading, South Korean, multi billion dollars rich, electronic company in the 21st ... Read more
century and beyond and in the world. The attitude and the advice I received from Samsung did not represent that level what I was thinking about them. The approach of Samsung reflects that they are a multi rich company, and they are not giving a "rats crap” about customers. They behaved rather bullying by advising me that "put a small object front of the IR receiver of the tv" and "there is no manufacturing fault", solve it if you can we've already taken your money. Albeit there is no manufacturing fault but there is an operating system fault and this is a big one. Nowadays and the age of the 21st century when so many advanced technologies are available to solve this issue, Samsung went for the cheapest, by cutting corners in manufacturing. There is a very simple Bluetooth technology what exist since the mid nineties. It just blows my mind why Samsung put the IR on/off in these televisions and remote controls and all the other functions are bluetooth. I would need a solution ASAP, to solve this irritating problem, because Samsung's approach was pathetic and disdainful so far. I cannot tell you, even if you call, any new information what I already wrote about. So our conversation would be useless. Unless you guys would come up with an achievable solution to my problem or some kind of compensation. The three televisions costed me over AU$4000 but I regret every penny spent on them. Samsung did not and will not admit a technical fault what is a real and very annoying problem and this make me sad. Regards, Bela The Samsung's representative answer was: " we cannot say anything else what the CEO office was advised".

Best bang for your buck
This TV was a replacement for a 12 year old Samsung 46 inch backlit LCD TV. I had the LA46M81BDX and it was a brilliant TV that lasted the test of time. It is still going now but lines have started appearing across the screen in November so with the Black Friday sales at the end of 2022, I decided it was time to update and upgrade my bedroom TV.
I decided on 55 inch for my bedroom screen. I probably should have gone the 65 inch but funds prevented me from getting the next size up. I went to my local store and bought it and then laid it down fla...Read more

Dead pixel on my screen was fixed for free within a week
Dead pixel, but it was fixed with super awesome service from Samsung at my house within a week. Well done Samsung, super impressed with your warranty support. Apart from that the TV is great. Could do with better speakers.

Good tv worth the price
The tv is very light in weight with excellent resolution. Have enough HDMI ports to connect console and other devices. The only issue is wireless connectivity as you have to manually select the network everytime you need to connect on netflix/youtube
Purchased in June 2021 at Harvey Norman for A$1,598.00.

I just love this tv!!
Fantastic clear picture, so easy to set up and use. Connects to wifi and Bluetooth easily and automatically does its own system update behind the scenes without you having to do anything. Easy to hook up a usb device and you can watch any format on this tv. Also, super easy connecting your computer to it via Bluetooth. Has a great range of apps you can easily connect to ie Spotify, nine now etc. Another bonus is that the unconventional slim-line remote can also control my foxtel. Definite upgrade from my old tv. I would highly recommend this tv...Read more
. I recommended this tv to 2 other people and they both bought one and haven’t looked back. Obviously, I love this tv. The only negative I would give it is the sound quality could be a little better. However, as with all tv manufacturers that’s not a top priority cause they’ll want you to buy a sound bar!Purchased in April 2021 at JB Hi-Fi Retail Stores for A$1,800.00.

Good and untroublesome TV
A good TV with all the features you want -- no headache you will bring home by buying home- at least IMO
It is smart, copes well with Google home and generally satisfies your needs- the remote could have been better.
Purchased in June 2021 for A$767.00.
