Regreted, disappointing with Samsung TV
Hi everyone,
Please think twice before buying Samsung Q900R. 8k
I don’t want any one to go though what I’m experiencing with Samsung right now.
The frustration that I have been with Samsung and Harvey Norman has lasted the past 8 weeks and is beyond my imagination.
This tv is very delicate and extremely fragile. You can’t even rearrange your room because when you do carry the tv, it will get damaged very easily, without you even noticing. It doesn’t show up straight away but slowly up after few days when it used.

from Harvey Norman less then 6 months ago. I rearranged my room and it stopped working 2 weeks after. After few days my tv presented a tiny scar where I was holding it then slowly some coloured vertical lines along the side of the tv. Later on (maybe a day after) the tv would not turn on at all. When I moved houses, the removalist didn’t even want to touch the TV as they knew it was extremely fragile and asked me to disassemble the TV from the wall. They bubble wrapped it, packaged it and went through their delicate processes before carefully transporting the tv. My husband and I made sure to be very gentle when removing it from the wall. No force, No pressure, just holding it from two side as per the instructions advised.
Purchased in June 2021 at Harvey Norman for A$6,600.00.

Picture Perfect.
Its has been few months since we bought this TV, so far its worth it. Picture perfect for everything. There are enough ports to use and seamlessly connect to our other devices.

Best TV yet!!
Great TV, has such a good appearance not just in the way it looks when on but off too! Such a nice slim TV frame, excellent sound and picture quality! 65inch is the perfect size in my opinion! Performance is excellent, the one thing I like is when I turn my TV on it turns on my Foxtel box which is great! I love all the extra apps and applications it lets you use too! one click and your there! My overall experience has been great definitely the best TV I’ve had and the best TV that is out! The only downside is that it’s super expensive.. but worth it!!

Hate it
Had the TV for 4 months showing a horizontal line from one end to the other. Lodged claim with Harvey Norman warragul, to no avail. No contact from Samsung and Harvey Norman just blow me off. Will probably put on nature strip as no one will bother to call. Pathetic!?!

Amazing
I am Very happy with the quality and performance of the TV.
I never lagged.
Enough no of ports to connect different devices.
Connectivity is smooth, youtube and Netflix works like a charm.
Purchased in July 2021.
