Faulty unit under warranty, appaling custiomer service!
I purchased a brand new 75"Samsung Q60R from Jb Hi Fi Geelong November 2022 (5 months ago). Noticed after set up and viewing certain lighting conditions, that the LCD screen has 3 small, what appear to be extremely small chips that omit colour against a black screen. Had further issues with Network Port dropping out which saw me log an official fault directly with Samsung who sent technician out. ne. Screen however was photographed and sent to Samsung. Samsung Case Manage calls today and states that screen damamge is not a Manufacturing Fault, and are not willing to fix or assist in any way! This screen was NOT damaged by us and now Samsung have chosen to effectively tell us they are not interested in taking any responsibility at all, that we have in some way caused the issue ourselves?!? I am disghusted and appalled att the lack of sopport, lack of care and lack of responsibilioty for a $3000 TV that wasnt right from the start. Very unhappy and will be taking action further on this matter. Case Manager Ruwada took great delight in telling me they will not be assisting me further, are you kidding me? Disgraceful SamsungPurchased in November 2021 for A$3,000.00.

Great product
Great great great. I am a samsung fan and now have 3 tvs all samsung (55in, 65in and 75in). This tv also come to my expectation as expected. Great picture quality and i hopr customer service will also be same as i had experienced in the past.
Purchased in November 2021 at Harvey Norman Retail Stores - Furniture for A$2,350.00.

Great TV!
This is a brilliant television. We have always had Samsung TV's and they continue to impress. The built in apps are great - netflix, google play, plex etc. The ambient mode is a really nice touch - it's great to have the tv in the background blending into the environment rather than just a big black screen (we purchased the 75"). The picture quality is excellent and my husband's gaming or watching 4K movies seems to be managed well.
The only downside of this unit is the Google assistant feature doesn't work for turning the television on if it has been turned off for a while. It works fine for turning the t.v. off.
Purchased in July 2021 at Harvey Norman for A$3,000.00.

Find it great. If you get a good price like me after negotiation its worth it otherwise choose cheaper ru7100 model. That is also ok but 100hz
