So happy with our purchase. Lovely picture, large size. Love the conveniance of how all the apps are inbuilt. Only thing, tried to manually update the tv and would not update, but updated the next day so all good in the end. Love how you can short cut to Netflix and Amazon Prime with the small and compact remote. Also love it how we can navigate the internet like a smart phone. Have a samsung s9 so connecting with this tv was a breeze which was a major reason why I stuck with Samsung. Particularly enjoy playing Spotify music from the tv. Overall, highly recommend this product....

Numerous complaints to Samsung about it dropping connection to my Foxtel IQ 4 box - been to their level 2 people - works for a few days then have to reboot Foxtel. Had a LG TV used the same box no issues. Service comes out no problems- sent videos and photos no reply - using cables recommended by Foxtel. The TV is only 5 month old and is useless - why should one have to reboot is it TV or remote - show some concern Samsung please

Great great great. I am a samsung fan and now have 3 tvs all samsung (55in, 65in and 75in). This tv also come to my expectation as expected. Great picture quality and i hopr customer service will also be same as i had experienced in the past.

Ok, all we use it for is watching Netflix and youtube (no gaming, etc), and I think it's great. The remote control is so convenient to use, much better than your conventional remotes. The menu is very easy to navigate.

This is one of the best tv with very low input lag gaming feels so responsive when playing with no lag. The picture quality is excellent very good for watching movies too.

I bought this from Harvey Norman in August 2022. Picture quality is out of this world, not sure why anyone would buy 8K when QLED delivers high quality pictures. Price was reasonable in my opinion. Harvey Norman had an offer for delivery plus wall mounting which certainly saved us a chunk of money. Very happy with the purchase

Positives: Great picture quality, stylistically-minimalist remote control. Easy to set up and navigate through.
Negatives: smart-things is a little clunky and inbuilt chromecast would have been better to integrate smart devices with. Apple airplay not supported as well as it could be (Optus sport is a no go).

This is a brilliant television. We have always had Samsung TV's and they continue to impress. The built in apps are great - netflix, google play, plex etc. The ambient mode is a really nice touch - it's great to have the tv in the background blending into the environment rather than just a big black screen (we purchased the 75"). The picture quality is excellent and my husband's gaming or watching 4K movies seems to be managed well.

The only downside of this unit is the Google assistant feature doesn't work for turning the television on if it has been turned off for a while. It works fine for turning the t.v. off.

Beautiful TV, great colour, the black is black, not dark grey and had great sound too. Looks so good. Easy to set up. You can hide all your cables by attaching them to the feet, so neat and tidy.

Bought new a month ago for a Playstation and Netflix TV for a rumpus room.

I was so impressed I have moved it to my loungeroom and replaced my 70 inch LG that was twice the cost.

The colour and picture are perfect, deep and intuitive. The bezel Is almost non existent and being a Samsung it works with my other Samsung tech... Phone, buds etc.

I recommend this to everyone I know and at the great price it's a steal.

This TV has definitely gone above my expectations.
Amazingly fast fluid motion, excellent colours and decent sound for a TV
Has being used as a PC monitor, and runs natively at 120hz at 1440p.
This is the first set I've had where the picture doesn't look like a tv set, but rather a large monitor.

I bought this with high expectations after seeing the rich, uniform blacks and vivid colours of the store display model. I was hoping the QLED would be a more versatile alternative to the OLED offered by other manufactures. After setting the TV up at home it was immediately apparent that there was clouding around the edges and in the corners - they were notably lighter than the centre of the TV when displaying dark images. I suspect it comes down to the edge lighting in the Q60 models. In my opinion the TV looked no better than one half the price; in fact cheaper ones appeared to have better image consistency. In short I ended up exchanging it for an OLED TV which I'm very satisfied with.

Pros - Great picture, if just for stills

Cons - Constant pixellation and sound dropouts when watching free to air tv via outdoor antenna. Tried to rectify this bu purchasing and having installed a new antenna - $275 and new masthead amplifier - $180 and some new quad sheild cable $20, all of which did not solve the problem. Actually, before this model, I had for a few months the UA55NU8000, which also had the same problem. This issue was not present with 2 previous hisense tv's and my other tv, an older lg.

Also the motion could be better.
