Large washing capacity
I too concur that it states it’s a 13 kilo washer. It does take 10 kilo of washing and honestly I think that is more than enough. It is sad that they quote you a 13 but you get 10. It’s been a while now that we have been using our washer and wanted to review as honestly as I can. One of my downfalls is that after the first week the lint collector broke. hine and does think for itself. Like how it weighs the wash load, though I also add an extra water level, tend to find the clothes don’t have lint left on clothing. Another sad point is when it request a tub clean it does use a fair amount of water. It’s almost like a proper wash load minus the clothing. The tub clean is a great idea as it maintains the cleanliness of machine. Overall, we are happy with our purchase. There are many settings for different types of washing.Similar opinion? Not Happy washing machine is only 2 months old
I've only had this machine 2 months. I bought it on the 10th April 2017 and now it's not working. I did exactly what it said to do in the manual and it's still not working. I had to wait 3 days before a technician came out to look at it and now I've been told it needs a new motherboard which will take 3-4 days for it to come in. We are a family of 6. I'm not happy..

Great Machine
Very quiet, classy looking machine. fantastic capacity for a family of six. Magic lint collector works very well and the spin cycle works so well that my clothes dry in half the time when hung. The controls are simple to understand and the machine does the rest of the thinking for you.
