seamless salary sacrificing service
Very easy to set-up and use, if you're thinking of salary sacrificing. My payroll team worked with the Selectus team to set everything up and it just works without too much fuss.

Selectus have been a pleasure to deal with for the last six years salary packaging bith cars and part of the mortgage.
Clear and regular communication.

Salary Package
These guys helped me package my mortgage. It was a great help! Whenever I had a question they were always available to answer and respond to my emails. Great customer service.

Terrible
1. I was over charged for 12 months and not given a refund
2. I had my on line portal changed just as I was leaving overseas for 15 months and I was never given a new access code, hence was not aware of what I was being charged while away.
3. I could never contact some one in selectus who could help.
4. My emails were answered after more than a week, if they were answered at all.
5. The finance agreement which selectus sold me was horrendous compared to other deals which I was offered recently on my wife's car.
6. The online statements provided do not make any sense.

Overall experience has been positive
Overall experience has been positive, however there has been a few occasions where i have had to follow up with Selectus when I have previously emailed the same request or question.

Great service.
I had a little scrape in my car. The team at Selectus organised to have repairs done promptly. All organised over the phone. The car was in the shop the day after calling Selectus.

Great service, supportive communication.
First leased my vehicle at the beginning of 2016 year, have since renewed after three year lease expired for an additional twelve months. Both initial and ongoing dealings ahve been fantastic.
Have also included my mortgage to my salary packaging which was also a hassle free and effective process.
Would highly recommend.

The company is becoming too impersonal. The staff are not as friendly or offer as personal a service as has happened in the past.
The staff maybe too busy with too many clients to offer a more personalised service.
They appear to be more product driven

Continual changes
I found customer service at Selectus extremely frustrating. I switched lease providers as I had changed employment. After initially setting up the transfer from the previous lease company to Selectus (The transfer was done extremely well by Selectus) however every contact I have had with customer service since has been extremely frustrating. I have had to continually request for communication and check my requests have been actioned as requested.

Highly recommended
I've had two packages with Selectus... it was fairly straightforward to get set up (and much better than dealing directly with car dealers) but the main benefit is the ongoing hassle of fuel, rego, servicing is all taken care of. The only quibble I have is that they (like all other salary packaging providers) lock you in to their finance which dilutes some of the tax savings, but overall you still end up slightly ahead plus you have the peace of mind knowing that everything associated with the car is taken care of.

Balances confusing and unexpected figures.
New lease was a complicated process. Different people processing and mistakes made. Apologies and a Gift Card offered for inconvenience. Did not happen. Allowed 3 months for the new lease and not completed by the due date. Lots of paperwork.

Great service
Selectus is fast, efficient and answers questions in a timely manner. The web site is easy to understand and the reimbursements are quick. The call centre staff are really helpful and understanding.

Great Service
The service is great, very clear and always finalised promptly. Reimbursements are processed quickly. The online system is fantastic, very easy to use, clear and the layout is one of the best that I have seen.

I am fully satisfied with their support when needed
In my view they provided me very satisfactory services during the last several years I have used for leasing car though Selectus. As I remember my first car was Ford Escape leased in 2009, followed by Subaru IMPREZ.
Since 2009, I have two cars through Selectus.

Mixed Emotions
The pre-setup service is great - very helpful in organizing a car and in the package setup, but there is a real deficiency in customer communication after setup that needs attention.

Hard going
I hard a hard time getting the quote and lease set up as there was lots of back and forth and having to explain my situation many times to different consultants. When I had queries after the lease started, I didn't hear back for weeks and then just got letters saying that the changes had been made without discussing with me! I think the systems and processes and customer focus needs a lot of work.

What is your response to such negative reviews???? Is there any level of customer care once client signs up or are you on commission to sign people up then they are on their own?

Seems like you are on your own. Lucky i experienced the poor customer service before I signed up. Maxxia has a far superior service.
I have no idea what their deal is but I know that even at lease end, and even when I mentioned legal action, I couldn't get a response or even acknowledgment of my emails. I ended up contacting the financing company directly and cutting Selectus out of the conversation. I don't yet have my final account so not taking legal action off the table yet.
They have no response. Not to endless emails, threats of legal action or consumer affairs involvement. No apology. No explanation.
I’ve never wanted to urge other people not to use a company as badly as I do with them.

I just found out that Selectus have not paid the car to the bank for the past 4 months... they did not pay insurance, so i have been driving uninsured so none of the things they said they were paying were paid... The bank called and said they are going to reposess the car... Where can I go for legal advise? I wanna sue them!
