I have packaged 3 vehicles through Selectus and improvement is evident, the new on line claim system works a treat and packages are well thought through and I enjoy the savings.

Selectus have been easy to deal with and even though there was a minor issue with incorrect payments being taken, it was resolved nice and easy. The only problem is not being able to use more of my salary.

I purchased a Honda civic for $23,000. A year later I needed a payout figure to buy a house. They came back with a figure of $28,000!!! This is after I paid around $15,000 that year to them already.
This company is a complete rip-off.

Logging into account is problematic and very cumbersome. That said having all running cost essentially paid for is great. Looking forward to no stress come rego and service time. Yay

Failed to inform of an end of lease (which is stated in their documents) have had multiple double debits for car lease and have always had to get the bank to get the money back. selectus have NEVER ‘looked into it’ or even apologised for their errors.

I have just started salary sacraficing my mortgage and a work tablet. Process was really easy and whenever I had a query the staff were knowledgable and really helpful. I really like the way they operate.

My experience with Selectus has been excellent. Packaging the notebook was and continues to be trouble free and without distraction. Packaging the car also was and continues to be trouble free. The arrangement was put in place with good assistance from the Selectus team. Both arrangements have proved to be really useful to me presently and in the long term.

Due to mistakes made by Selectus I have a tax bill for the last financial year and probably one for this financial year. They never respond to email queries, nor return phone calls.

I went through Selects to purchase my new car. They were really easy to work with, responded quickly to emails and questions and made the process so easy. They got me a great deal (better than I could have negotiated) and I now pay for my car straight from my pay.

Salary packaging my mortgage option works well for me. Once I completed the initial application it has been smooth sailing since then. It all happens automatically and I haven't had any problems. Well worth it.

Would recommend to any fellow staff member who is looking at salary sacrifice. Great email communication also from Selectus with any news updates. Love the car registration process too.
Would consider looking at other opportunities as well in the future with laptops etc.

Thought to give laptop packaging a go and I'm very happy that I did. My email was lost and bounced around for a week or two before I had to follow up - but in the end it was sorted. Overall, easy to set-up and very happy with what I got back in the end.
