Extremely comfortable. Firmness is prefect. Both my wife and I are definitely sleeping better. Life changing after the 15 year old mattress we upgraded from. Good value too. I was concerned the packaging may have compressed the mattress and reduced its comfort, but nothing could be further from the truth.

Found the mattress to be very supportive and cooler than previous mattresses used. Generally have had much better sleep quality. Do not notice when my partner tosses and turns anymore.

I have a chronic back problem and realized that my poor sleeping habits were due to a lack of support. After the reviews on Choice my mind was made up so I ordered a medium firmness. My initial opinion was that it was so comfy but obviously was not giving me the back support I needed. I contacted Sleeping duck and within days a firm foam to replace the medium (at no charge) was delivered. I have to say I was apprehensive that night but to my pleasant surprise I had a wonderful sleep and the bed was firm but it was indeed what I required. My partner and I went and laid on a lot of mattresses at various bed places, which cost double if not triple the price of the sleeping duck. With the 90-day return policy we thought why not. The best thing we could have done, we purchased the King size, firm, pillows, sheets duvet and cover. Just magic, comfortable and cozy night sleep. Since sleeping on the mattress, we wake up fresher. From what we had in a bed, which I thought wasn't bad, was absolutely terrible compared to the sleeping duck. We have had no loss of shape to the mattress at all.

My mattress is very comfortable, soft and supportive all at the same time. I was surprised at the height of the mattress, my fault for not checking the dimensions, when we placed it on top of our gas lift storage bed. It is basically standing height! But we are getting used to it. The only other thing we didnt like was being able to feel the lip of the bed with our feet. After placing a wool underlay on top we have remedied this. Overall very happy with this purchase of a beautiful luxurious mattress

It's no wonder the Sleeping Duck mattress system is Choice Magazine's No 1. The team at Duck were helpful and very friendly. Once ordered, the bed arrived within 5 days and was delivered to my front door, WOW great service . The mattress is made of high quality material and once decompressed looks amazing. No more sore backs, my wife and I sleep like a baby (except my snoring) and give the mattress a big 10/10. Great Australian invention.

Very good for the price. Seems supportive when sleeping on it. It has maintained its shape very well and hopefully the firmness will last for a long time. No sagging at all.

i spent $4000 on a mattress and had and aches and pains in my body, since my first night on my sleeping duck i have a full nights sleep and am rested and relaxed with no soreness anywhere !!!! It is so good that after my mum slept on it she bought one and the same with my sister and brother in law!!!

My wife loves it and believes it has worked brilliantly on her previously lously back ! She cannot believe it was only $1500. Me, I'm an old boarding school guy and I can sleep on anything but now have a preference for this new duck...

We have now had our mattress for about 6 weeks. In that time the pain my husband was feeling in his back has significantly reduced and we are both getting a great sleep. We bought this mattress as a result of the Choice Magazine review and chose the firm version because Choice suggested that it was closer to a medium softness. It replaced a high end mattress and we couldn't be happier with our choice.

After the first few nights, the mattress was really comfortable. Initially, we both had some neck and shoulder pain, but I think it was just adjusting to a good firm mattress. I haven't noticed any sagging or shape changing which is good and I hope we get long term use out of this one. Our last mattress cost a lot and lasted no more than 3 years. Hopefully our duck will keep quacking for a few more years yet!

The product arrived as expected, in good condition. The unpack video was helpful as it is a heavy product. Good communication from Sleeping Duck. Happy with the mattress and service. Would recommend to others.

The sleeping duck mattress is definitely a reliable bed. My partner and I not only have the space we've been missing, but the support now too. Being on the larger side, we can snuggle without my hips rolling. Would recommend this bed to anyone

My experience with sleeping duck has been great. The delivery time from the original order was super fast. We tried the medium mattress for a month and found it very comfortable but not quite supportive enough. We ordered the firm inserts which also arrived in record time and they made the bed perfect. We are now having a very comfortable and supported sleep.

After over forty years of nursing and consequent back problems and ongoing pain, my mattress is giving good, firm and comfortable support. While only having had the mattress a couple of months it still feels like the first night I slept on it. A total pleasure to go to bed.
