I guess we got dragged in with all the hype and the announcement on the radio. We we’re thinking of a new mattress because of our aches in the morning and bad sleeps. So we made the decision. Rang up and purchased over the phone. There was minimal delay in receiving the mattress. Set it up and slept on it that night. Did our pains go away? No! But after several weeks both my husband and I were finding it easier getting out of bed in the mornings. Then one day (literally) our pains were gone.
The mattress is wonderful and super comfortable we really couldn’t be happier. Oh if only they can do something about my husband’s snoring!

We love our firm, king size Sleeping Duck mattress. No longer are we waking each other up when one of us gets out of bed. I find I toss and turn less and we have plenty of space to stretch out. We haven't experienced any sagging, and this is the first mattress I've ever had that's heavy enough to stop me pulling the sheets out from the bottom of the bed. We totally recommend getting a Sleeping Duck, and we appreciated that if we didn't like it after three weeks, it would be collected free of charge and donated to a good cause.

We needed to swap to a firmer mattress, as my partners back issues were not well supported by the medium firmness. The team member who helped me to organise this was very helpful, informative and friendly. The replacement firmness insert was sent out extremely quickly, was easy to swap, and we're both sleeping great now. The Sleeping Duck team checked in to see how we were doing after the swap also. Their service is excellent.

Our sleep is soooo much better, wouldn't have thought this mattress could be THAT good. We started out with half firm and medium and swapped to all firm with such ease. Cant believe what amazing customer service this company provides. They are all so happy and cheerful, must be a truly great company to work for. 100% from us!

Went from a 3k mattress to a king firm sleeping duck. Was sleeping a couple of hours a night and waking up sore and first night in the duck and I slept 8 hours and woke up good as gold not wanting to get out. Looked at them for months and finally just did it and have no regrets at all. Highly recommend trying it, you have nothing to lose!

Unlike our previous expensive mattress, Sleeping Duck has kept its shape. It is firm (though we could have it even firmer if that were possible.

We were a bit anxious about buying this without even testing it in a showroom but it was recommended by a close family member and I read a lot of reviews and we eventually thought lets just go for it and thankfully it was a great decision because we both love it. We opted for the firm/firm and it's perfect for us. For the kids we ordered the Medium which is great for them and even me but I do prefer ours.

Supportive bed easy to set up and improved my sleep patterns. Seems to be a normal mattress with a top but not complaining very comfortable and increased quality of sleep.

Buying a mattress is a bit of a crap shoot so I was a little cautious around this purchase.
Turns out that after several months I couldn’t be happier.
Much more comfortable than the previous mattress that was five times the price.
The only issue is delivery as they wouldnt carry it across my door way. I would gladly pay more to have them bring it inside and more again to take it upstairs. They might also consider a fee for service if you would like them to remove the old mattress.
I imagine that there are plenty of us who would happily pay for these related services.

The firm overall mattress has been brilliant, great support and sleeping like a log. The only frustrating thing was the sheets, pillows and cases were lost in transit and then took 3 weeks to have them sent out meaning we had to buy different sheets, (we changed bed size) .
The pillow cases on their pillows also roll around the pillow and end up sitting weird and the sheet for some reason, both SD brand and one from Adairs pops the corners up meaning we have to strip the bed and re fit it every 2-3 days, bit annoying! Other than that the mattress is great.

The mattress wasn’t suitable for me so I returned it during the 100 day guarantee
The Salvos came ( organised by sleeping duck)and picked up the mattress and Sleeping duck returned the money no dramas.

We had a very expensive mattress for 8 years and the Mr in the family was complaining about the sagging mattress or his ‘perceived’ sagging mattress and his comfort of sleep, even though his snoring tells me he is sleeping well. Well, until we got a new king size bed from Sleeping Duck I didn’t realise I wasn’t sleeping all that well either. We both sleep much, much better than before. It’s amazing that we can’t tell when we each move during the night etc. I also find that I am much more comfortable sleeping on my side now.
