We've purchased our Queen size Sleepmaker Miracoil Plus Posture Premium firm mattress second hand on EBay in 2005 for $100 (with free delivery). I believe the mattress was at least 10 years old at that time. I have back pain problem and my husband has back pain and neck injury. I like to sit in bed during the day watching movies, having meals, so its used almost 24/7/365. Our dog doesn't have any complaints too. He sleeps there every day/night. Great craftsmanship! It’s just what I was looking for. It’s comfortable as well as supporting my troublesome back. Sleep has been better without the constant tossing and turning. I’m sure I’ll get longevity from this mattress as I did with my previous Sleepmaker Miracoil.

The mattress is firm with a softer top layer which feels great without losing the support I need for my back. I was concerned about the mattress getting too hot, but it has foam layers to keep the air circulating. The foam is made by Dunlop which is an Australian brand I also trust. The mattress is effective in minimising disturbance by your partner - we really tested this aspect out in the shop. We looked at a cross section of the springs and we thought the coil system was excellent, and the whole thing well constructed from good materials. Excellent price point for a high quality mattress.

This is our first mirocoil mattress and we both find it very cozy and comfortable to sleep on. This is in a caravan which is a perfect choice.i have a very bad back issue and I woke up with no back aching. Laying on my side I also wake up with no aching hip or shoulder issues. The mattress is very durable.

The mattress provides the best overall comfort and good nights sleep. My husband's shoulders are sore and he can now sleep through the night without any discomfort. We are very happy with our Sleepmaker Miracoil mattress.

The comfort of the mattress is ok (not great, but ok). After the first year, I contacted Sleepmaker about the comfort, and they were not particularly helpful. Now, 4 years on, the mattress is so bad that I wake up with back pain EVERY morning.
I am now faced with having to buy another mattress, which is annoying since this one cost me over $3,000.00!

Mattress was comfortable, however we purchased over 20 for our chain of AirBNB apartments and were slowly replacing in each room. 3 had problems with the frame within the first 12 months and Sleepmaker washed their hands of any liability. There was no response from the national account manager.

My mother bought a sleepmaker electric adjustable bed for comfort because she was dying less than 12ths old. However, the bed has malfunctioned (feet end stuck in air & unusable). Mother now passed and told because not the original purchaser. warrantee void Company unable to offer any service, I'm unable to buy parts, unable to fix sleepmaker couldn't care less. So I have an unusable expensive bed my mother proudly left to me and the company does not offer any after purchase sale service out of warantee although I'm happy to pay. Don't buy because if motor malfunctions your stuffed.
