Electrical Fault - Trips Power
I've bought this stand mixer and had used it 2 times. Has had less that 1hr use. Now the unit sparks when you turn it on and trips the whole house power. Basically money down the drain. Very disappointed as I did my research before buying this unit thinking the SMEG brand was a reliable brand.
I never usually write any reviews for products but unfortunately I feel that I have lost out on this one and I doubt that SMEG will replace the unit.
Purchased in January 2021.

Amazing kitchen helper
This mixer looks great in the kitchen and delivers on all the functions.
The motor is quiet and strong and makes easy work of kneading dough and mixing ingredients. The capacity of the bowl is fine.
We got it with the pasta additions which are great and easy to use. It has become an indispensable kitchen addition.
