Went in for a consultation today and was so happy with the information I received. Yusra explained everything I needed to know and she was super nice. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Can not wait to start my journey with smile direct and have a new smile.

Wish I could have had it done closer to Ipswich, but was very happy with the young lady that did the scan and how she explained how it works, made me feel confident in the product without doing any sell ? The location was abit iffy being in the back of the chemist with no signs outside .

Initial consultation was very informative. My daughter was made to feel comfortable during the entire process. Scan was very high tech and really identifies the problem areas in front of your eyes.

The two assistants were excellent: friendly, knowledgeable and proficient. The only thing I didn't like was the American-style, over-the-top, infantile use of brand-friendly terms. Australians don't need to be patronised like this.
The digital/laser dental survey kit is very impressive.
The real test, though, will be the state of my teeth in a few months' time.

I have attended my appointment at Smile Direct Club and obtained professional service and care. I was given thorough information about the next steps and how long it would take to have straight teeth. I was pleased to receive a bag with LED teeth whitening and fact sheets.
