I met with Kirsten and Alana today at the Chermside Chemist Warehouse store. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and the technology was incredible. I will definitely be recommending the program and store. I can’t wait to see my results!!

Needed more information about removal of veneers before the scan to ensure the aligners are developed to straighten the teeth properly. I had veneers places on crooked teeth to make them look less crooked so if they are not removed first the aligners won’t straighten my teeth which will be a waist of money.

Brinh was very pleasant and proficient. As the procedure was involving the mouth it was, to me, very important that everything was hygienic. Brinh was excellent in this regard: he made sure everything was done hygienically, AND he made sure I saw that it was all hygienic. Also I did not buy the product on the day. It was great that Brinh did not engage in high pressure sales tactics; he left me feeling pleased with my experience, and - if the computer models of my teeth are OK - highly likely to buy the product. Bree assisted competently.
