Welcomed on arrival, and the process was very easy. Everything was explained, products shown to me and was way better than visiting a Dentist. I can't wait to start the process of having a new smile.

Friendly welcome by Ashlee and Reagan. They made me feels so comfy the minute I stepped through the NON door way. Explained everything so well, ever step they were doing. Can't fault the service at all.
For the bad points, location to the kids play area and having no doors on the front of the shop made it hard at time to hear, something that needs to address sooner rather then later

Met 2 lovely staff members, Terri-Anne and Ashlee, who took me through the process of scanning my teeth and explaining how everything would work. They made it all sound easy and achievable. It was good to visit the store to actually see the products and much more enjoyable than a trip to the dentist!

Amazing 3D scan technology which gives a great visual perspective of the process. Kotara store explained all options, costs and even had a payment plan. Great efficient professional service from all the staff.

Had a great experience with the Terrie Ann and Helen today in store. From the moment I walked in the store I was greeted and felt very comfortable. Terrie ann made my experience relaxing and a lot of fun. I’m very excited to start my journey for something I’ve been holding back on for so long! Can’t recommend the lovely staff enough at Kotara.

I had a great experience with Tegan and Ash !!
The appointment was quick and snappy. Service was of a good standard. Employees were lovely, and can’t wait for the next step.
Only suggestion is the Smileshop needs a door on the front, simply because kids were screaming a lot of the time, and it could be a little distracting. But apart from that it was great!!

I Had an excellent time with Helen today at Kotara for my initial consultation and 3D scan. She appeared to know exactly what she was doing and very helpful! I'm definitely giving this a go and can't wait to get into it.

The ladies at the Kotara store today were wonderful! They were so welcoming, kind and just amazing! Ashlee and Teagan made sure they covered absolutely everything and I couldn’t be happier! I couldn’t recommend the ladies from Kotara more!

The greatest ‘dentist’ type experience I have had. Amazing technology to create a digital image of your teeth.
Also such lovely people, especially Terri-Anne, so friendly and they actually take the time to get to know you and what you’re hoping to get out of the product! :)

The staff were very professional and explained everything in detail, so much so that I didn’t have any questions during the visit.
The scanning process was reasonably fast, approximately 6 minutes.
The use of a tablet was straight forward for all forms, though the stylus pen didn’t work well. Suggest using an Apple Pencil.
