I was so impressed with my appointment experience. The staff were lovely and the whole process was so easy. Love all the technology too. Fascinating to see my teeth scans happening live.

I felt the lady was reading off a script and was not at all personable.
She made me uncomfortable and she was Uninformative. I had to call to ask when my direct debit would commence after putting deposit down.
Felt quite rushed as well.

What is making you insecure about your smile.... assumption. I'm not insecure.
You have to pay today to get the retainer, so there is not way you cant qualify so why say that.

Great Experience for me! At first i'm having some doubts but after having a chat with them, it cleared my doubts and decided to join the club.
I'm now so excited to get my kit.

It was quick, easy, painless and straightforward. My consultant was friendly and helpful. She explained everything and made it easy to understand how it all works. The costs are less than that of a regular provider of similar services, so it was easy to decide to go ahead. The service provided is convenient for the customer as well and so much more pleasant than the dentist or orthodontist!

Very welcoming and informative. Neat and tidy office appearance and straight forward. Smooth set up from the get go. Plenty of appointments available for my last minute decision to initiate a change. Karen is lovely, would recommended.

They answered all my questions and made it so easy! It helped that the woman I was consulting with has the retainers in herself (which I didn’t even notice!) so I got a really good idea of the process.

I had a great experience with my visit at the Melbourne clinic. Everyone I met was welcoming and had a smile on their faces. Karen did a clear explanation of the whole process and was very helpful all throughout.
