This mixer was fiddly to put together.
The mixer failed to reach the bottom of the bowl and mix ingredients from either the centre or sides of the bowl
The machine was excessively noisy.
Extremely disappointed with all aspects of this product .
Do not purchase this product as it is not true to its description.

This mixer does not reach the bottom of the bowl or sides a total waste of time and money, do not buy this product the mixer blade and whisk are 10mm up in the air and do not pick up

Smith+Nobel HSM37-RD planetry stand mixer is a total FAILURE, it will NOT mix ingredients from around the sides of the aluminium bowl, I can see why it was marked down to $99-95 DO NOT buy this product!! Ron Devonport Tasmania.

Do absolutely disappointed with this purchase. I have never written a negative review in my life but felt compelled to do so about this product. I would rather use an old fashioned rotary beater!! A total waste of money and my ingredients!!!

Agree with all reviews. This mixer does not mix evenly, nor does it take up the bottom ingredients. It has zero power. Totally useless. Would love to use it but every time I try I get frustrated. Waste of money and should not be sold.

First time using, mixing ingredients for 1 cake and I cant get the butter and flour to cream evenly. The mix sits on edge of bowl and beaters dont reach it to mix it in.

Mixer does not mix on the bottom or sides,purchased from Harris Scarfe.Looks quite flash has a blender,different mixer paddles,well presented clear bowl to see whats going on just wont mix. Success Harris Scarfe refunded money no questions asked.

Hi All, I have a ' Smith + Nobel 1000w Planetary Stand Mixer (HSM37-RD) ' and it isnt that good, as in - it doesnt get items from the side of the bowl and probably has around 2cm around the entire edge of the bowl that remains untouched, the bottom of the bowl is about as useless also as it doesn't mix ingredients from the bottom section and its making using it just about impossible.
