I was very nervous about ordering from this CPY after reading a bunch of extremely negative reviews after I had placed my order, however, my order arrived today and sure it was later then I thought but I was just happy to receive it. They are an Australian CPY and that’s why I went with them. My order was only spark plugs and I’m only just north of Sydney so perhaps this helped with the delivery. Australia Post delivered my items which was not what I was expecting because of the reviews I’d read.
I have no problem giving them 4 stars based on my personal experience!

We ordered parts on Sparesbox that were made for a Hyundai, but the website suggested OK for our little baby Merc. After receiving them, no luck; they didn't fit. Sparesbox have a wonderful returns system. No cost to the consumer and a full refund (obviously the parts were sent back in pristine condition etc). THANK YOU to this company for their care for customers! Well done. Just hope you can adjust your online advertising so people don't make the mistake we initially made.

Used website twice. Very competitive prices. EG Ctek 10 amp battery charger $73 cheaper than major auto parts store. Narva rocker switches 50% cheaper than major auto parts store. Good service under covid 19 restrictions.

I ordered parts for my car, unfortunaly i received the wrong parts. I contact Sparebox support, and they have sent me the correct part free of charge, even though the other part i paid for was cheaper.

I purchased 2 pairs of DBA rotors, unfortunately I was advised 1 week after I purchased that they were out of stock and that there would be significant delays in receiving them.. possibly upto 3 weeks or more giving the current situation.. which is fair enough, it's just I can't wait that long for these parts.
I have requested to cancel the order and recieve a refund and they have been fast with their responses and have agreed to refund me .. Thankfully their communication has been good otherwise this would have been extremely frustrating.

Got exactly what I wanted!
Found the part I needed for my Holden Jackaroo without any confusing dialogue! The site was easy and interesting to navigate, ordering was straight forward with secure payment! Recieved my goods within 2 weeks which isn't bad considering the delays occurring lately!

Good product, good service
I ordered a CV boot thru ebay, wanting an outer, but was sent an inner (listing was ambiguous - so partly my mistake). I messaged thru ebay messages. Sparesbox then sent me the right part without extra cost, which included required grease and straps, and fitted my car perfectly. It looks like they are understaffed so a bit stretched, probably due to Corona virus (lots of people at home, wanting parts to fix their cars), but they work hard to do the right thing.

Why can you not commit to an order made or delivery date or reply to email requests searching for what we have already paid for??
Sparesbox is an Australian owned company that sell a lot of product online. Lately there's been a lot of bad publicity about the service that you provide. My understanding of the situation is mainly the delivery time and services that you are offering to your loyal customer. Customers place an order with yous and it's taken much longer than expected to be delivered to the customer.
Sparesbox why do you use a foreign courier company such as Couriersplease that has a very poor and
unreliable reputation worldwide?
Why do you not support an Australian owned companies to deliver customers order such as Australia Post for example?
Is it not Australian citizens that supports you?
Then is it not fare that you give some support back to those who are supporting you?
Covid 19 has impact the live of so many people in Australia and all over the world as well. Everyday Australian are trying to support business like yours. It p!!!!!! me off when good business get a bad name because of bad conduct of others

Terry, the issue appears to be largely in part of advertising products that they don't have in stock. Hence why items aren't being shipped on time - because they don't have them to send.

They also need to use a more reliable Courier Companies to deliver to their customers.
