We extracted 5 years of quality entertainment out of our trampoline. With young kids, the moves were gentle at first, but by now there are flips and high bounces and even some adult fitness going on. At the end of year 5, the flexinet started to show strain. By year 7, it has completely disintegrated. You-touch-it-and-it-falls-apart brittle. While today's warrantee is 10 years, the company is not honoring older than 2017 trampolines, and I just spent another $205 (with shipping) for a new net. Just wanted to thank Springfree Trampolines not only for their great product (kids love it!) but also for their terrific customer service, probably the best I've had in Australia.

I recently needed the trampoline taken apart to make space for an event. Springfree came on time, pulled it apart, neatly boxed everything and stored it for me in my garage, exactly where I had asked (I wasn't home when they came).

This is the best tramp. From our first phone call, to the waving the installer goodbye, rarely have i found a more professional company to deal with. They even took the box away to storage so if i resell the tramp in the future i can reuse the same box. com'on who does that.Yes it was a lot more expensive than conventional trampolines but my kids having destroyed two tramps in three years i felt i was going round in circles. The first 2 years were wonderful. Then the stitching came undone which was only covered by warranty for 2 years. The mat then started leaving black (staining, not dirt) on the kids feet each time they jumped even though it was clean - we were told by Springfree that this was normal. Then the poles on the top of the net poked through due to shrinkage and we were told to cut the poles shorter and put them back in. We purchased our Springfree trampoline early in 2010. Last year we noticed all 6 parts of the frame had rusted completely. Their response was that the 6th part did not come under their warranty as it had not rusted "all the way through". They said they would send us replacement parts for the 5 out of 6 parts, but we would have to pay for postage ($50) and carry out the work ourselves. We ordered a spring free large oval trampoline in Dec 16 for our 3 children for Christmas. It is wonderful - the kids love it and I would purchase another in a heartbeat. Unfortunately the stitching on the yellow safety came apart on one spot about a month after purchase. Now 10 mnths later the thread has come apart in 4-5 places! Must be cheap thread they are using (maybe paint it on instead!). I spoke with the warranty team and nothing they can do as it's not structural - they simply said cut the thread off so the kids don't trip.
