We received our basketball hoop for our Springfree trampoline
Thanks for sending the order through. It was easy to order and arrived on time, just like it said it would. This is great, especially as we are in the middle of COVID-19. We will be giving it to my son for his Birthday in a couple of days time.

Awesome product -
I have had a springfree trampoline for over 10 years. I cannot recumbent it highly enough. It gave me piece of mind re safety as they could go out there by themselves. It helped with their gross motor and co-ordination skills and allowed then something to help calm them down when things were getting too much. It was great to hear the laughter and joy when there were out there on it. It was money well spent

Amazing quality and longevity
Our family loves our springfree. WE have had for nearly 10 years and it hasnt skipped a beat with 3 kids regularly putting it through its paces. All of our friends now have one as well due to how well they handle. Must have purchase.

Timeless fun - teenagers included!
Our kids have jumped on the backyard trampoline since they were toddlers. We recently upgraded to Springfree and are glad we did. They’re back jumping - important in balancing screen time!

Our girls love it. They can't stop jumping. So glad we got it.
We finally stepped up to a great trampoline. Well worth it rather than cheap imports or copies.
After a tree fell through our last cheap import, my girls are so excited and wont stop bouncing on the thing. They run to show everyone that comes over their new trampoline and try and get as many on it as possible. The squealing is ridiculous sometimes. LOL.

The kids love our tramp and it is faultless so far!
I can't find a problem with the springfree; it is sturdy and safe and looks like it will last forever. The kids use it every day and it shows no sign of ageing

Great for a while
We purchased our springfree almost 9 years ago. The service was impeccable all those years ago. The mat was immediately replaced as upon setup we noticed a small tuft that we weren't sure was going to be a problem long term. A few years later the pole sleeves were replaced as a goodwill gesture as they were falling apart. We ordered a new net. On all these occasions we were met with wonderful service and polite staff members. The mat held up fine, but recently we decided to spruce it up a little for Christmas and order another new net, basketba...Read more
ll set and a section of the frame that had started to rust. I couldn't believe it was the same company I'd been dealing with all these years. The lady was down right rude. As it turns out as our model is now discontinued the frame section is no longer available for purchase. Our model was just outside the the 8 year warranty, which makes me wonder how they honour their warranty claims for the frame. We would have bought another spring free if the lady wasn't so obnoxious. As it turns out she did us a favour. After all these years, recommending springfree to all our friends and family, it turns out it's not actually that great compared to the competition. I personally went to test another brand out and immediately felt that there was no comparison. A bounce on our springfree once I got home confirmed that the springfree isn't anywhere near as responsive. In fact it was like bouncing on wet sand. I actually feel sorry for making my kids put up with it for all these years and it explains why they much preferred to jump on their friends trampolines. Do your own physical research before buying to compare brands would be my recommendation.3 comments

l models, we have discontinued it and therefore frames are not available. We do have an extensive warranty in place, 8 years on the frame, which has recently been changed to 10 years on ALL components when you purchase a new trampoline! Our unique shapes give multiple areas where you can get the highest bounce unlike most other trampolines which only have one directly in the center! Second hand, and 100% AWESOME!
So just picked up a 10 year old SPRINGFREE Tramp model SF60. I was a bit worried after reading the reviews on this site, but I have to say...so far, having obtained, dismantled, and re...er...mantled(?!) the tramp.....its so good!!! Sure, you can't put it together without a little sweat and elbow grease!, but surely there's nothing worth having that doesn't cause a few blisters! I will be buying a new one when this one gives out, but that could be a very long time!!
