What a waste of time if there is no info available say so don't make your customers waste their time just so you can collect subscriber details

I have the same error at the moment. This is the second time in about 3 months. First time I just took all the filters out of the bottom, got the water out, then did the old bicarb and vinegar trick with the drain hose. Put it all back together and it worked. Doesn't seem to be working this time though..

Hi there, e5 error could mean your door seals are leaking. Had the same issue, my lower door seal wasn't on. Replaced it with some strips of rubber to line the spot under the door and mine is working again fine.

Flashes for about 30 seconds and then the cycle starts red light is steady

Not sure but mine went under the bench with no problem it is designed to fit under the bench top

I don't have the manual to hand but here's how I do it:

1. Pull the middle drawer right out (the one immediately under the cutlery tray) towards yourself.

2. Hold the middle tray on either side, above the rails.

3. Lift the middle tray up, making sure it stays relatively even and doesn't tilt. Do this as far as it will go.

4. Slowly let the middle tray down. It should 'catch' and stay up higher than before.

5. To put the middle tray back to the lower position, lift it again just like above and it should go lower down this time.

I am not sure, last time I saw them selling it in store was the same price as what we bought it for.

Might have a defective water valve inlet from what ive found online. On the back of the manual is a stirling number to ring, try ringing them . U have turned it off and on? Chocen a different cycle to finish?

I have the W60A1A401B (white one) bought it in 2016. We just got the E5 error. We might have had an E2 error, but it definitely says E5 now.
We are calling the "in home warranty service" tomorrow. Will update. ....

So annoyed, our ALDI receipt has faded and even though we have the original ALDI user guide and date of purchase written in it and the advert from sale date 9th of July 2016, we bought it at 8:40am on that day, the warranty people want us to prove that we bought it from Aldi???? really? Does anyone else sell Sterling?

We just had a look back there and it seems to be attached inside, meaning you have to remove the back cover plate and then see if it is possible.

I am sorry but I don't know what e2 error refers to - maybe you could check the instruction manual.

E2 means someone turned off the water or closed it to a dribble. (Worse case is you have a blocked pipe). Do you have somone in the home who still believes that turning off taps (reducing the speed of water flowing) to a dishwasher, toilet or washing machine is somehow saving water? ?? You have to explain that all they are doing is make the appliance take longer to start because it takes longer to fill up.
