I placed an order and paid for it on 18th March. Over a month later no sign of the product and no response from the company.

I’ve lodged a dispute with my bank and Visa so hopefully will get a refund via them.

Took $425 upfront and did not answer emails or phone calls when it was apparent they were not going to show up. Reported to Consumer Affairs, Bank, Police and ACORN, all appear to be able to do nothing, you are on your own. PLEASE do not go near these people, in our eyes they are thieves and none of the authorities are willing to pursue them beyond the first obstacle.

I engaged in these guys as we needed to repair the stone bench for a client, when we emailed them they seemed professional enough asking for more photos and then giving us a quote once they revised the damage.

After payment was paid, they advised a technician would call to book a time. Two weeks have passed and no responses. Now when I email them the email bounces back.

ABSOLUTE SCAM

Took money upfront for stone top repairs and been stringing us along for 8 months. Every time they book in a time to carry out the repairs they have a reason why they never showed up! Do not engage these crooks!!!

Ordered in June paid $98.00. Order hasnt arrived after sending three emails which were never answered. No phone number to contact them. Nothing but a scam. Don't buy this product.

Purchased and paid for cleaner in May and have never received it. They don't respond to my emails and phone number goes to a message bank that claims it is full.

Sent money got no product. False promises on phone. False promises on emails. I reported to fair trading. Waiting for fair trading to contact me. They ask for bank transfer. Don't use. Just go to bunnings and buy there.

Like everyone else, paid the money and nothing was received. Have said the cleaner has been posted 3 times and that I'll receive it in 2 day. They are liars and scammers. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Wish I have seen the reviews before I bought some products. This was in March and still nothing received but they did take my money. I send an e-mail with a response that they will look into it, after this still nothing.

Like many others I too purchased a product (stone repair kit) and never received the product. Paid via direct deposit, which should be a warning sign! Their website comments are disabled and their phone number goes to voice message. There are variants of the same website. Victims have not only lost money but personal identifiable information. Everyone that has fallen victim to this online shopping scam should report it to ACORN- Australian Cybercrime Online Reporting Network.

Like everyone else who’s reviewed, I paid $102 for a home repair kit. Nothing was sent and then completely ghosted. Have reported them to ACCC. Do not send them any money. This is a scam.

Stone-Guys (Con-Guys) take your money and don't send product. They will not reply to any follow up. Have been buying on internet ecommerce sites for fifteen years. This is by far worst company I've ever purchased (nothing) from. Do not purchase over the net from STONE-Guys Australia.

Waited months and months after payment for chip repair kit. Emails, phone calls ignored. Threatened to report to Fair Trading and then received 2 small bottles, a razor blade and a stick in a small bag with no instructions. Do not trust this company.

Wish I Googled before hand like others I have paid and not received I had emailed to check colour for the chip repair kit to order they were quick to respond. So ordered product sent money got confirmation of order, product not received. No answers to emails. Order placed 15th if March now reported to fair trading

We ordered a bench top repair kit in March, was sent an invoice to say the order had been "processed" but two months later it still hasn't arrived. After numerous emails back and forth (they never answer phone calls), they gave us a tracking number for Australia Post which Australia Post has told us they can't track. Anyone else who has been a victim of this mob should alert ACCC now.

I to have not received my chip repair kit .paid by direct deposit 12 April $102. 95 . I will be seeking legal action after reading other reviews I too have been conned .

Ordered Caesarstone repair kit on 17 March 19. Only payment option is direct debit to pay invoice. Followed up on 24 March to find out if sent, after some follow up was told by '[name removed]' they'd follow up with Australia Post, but nothing further after that, despite repeated follow up. Now raised with Fair Trading Queensland.
