Disorganised and Dreadful
After a breakdown, I tried to join the RACV Roadside Service, but my call went to Real Roadside Assist which later became Stranded No More. I paid the required fees for joining and towing and then added a second vehicle, some weeks later. Later that year, we had another issue removing European style wheel nuts after a flat tyre and waited several hours for assistance. After 12 months I received a renewal notice which I paid promptly. Four weeks after renewing my wife had another flat tyre. She rang Stranded No More for assistance and left a mes...Read more
sage. She waited several hours for a reply, only to be told that our membership had expired. My wife remained stranded, until I arrived some hours later. I pursued the payment and reported the details to Stranded No More without response. I continued to call and email for three months before giving up.Similar opinion? This Company is an authentic fraud - reported to Authorities
Unfortunately, I have fallen in their service, I paid 69$ dollars for my car assistance service. I was expecting to receive an email for confirmation of payment and membership but I have never got this so I have sent emails and contact them directly through their number: 1300 517 119. I have been calling every day, many times per day but they never answered (there is a voice recording) and they say to write an email to [email protected] or leave a voicemail message which I did once per day.
They never answered so the outcome is ...Read more
4 weeks have passed and I paid 69$ and no service has been provided. I have reported this to the Authorities and I just hope Justice will do something. Stay away, pay 10, 20 dollars more and go with reliable Companies. I have learnt my lesson.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Don't waste money on them
The battery of my car went flat last night, called them 100s times, but my call was never answered. As per their instruction, I left both voicemail and email, but never got their response.

Avoid at all costs! They do not answer or call back!
DO NOT SIGN UP WITH STRANDED NO MORE!!!
My car broke down on a Monday morning, and we attempted to call them for 3 hours straight (from 9am to midday). We kept getting their message, saying all their customer agents are busy, please leave voicemail or email.
We left a voicemail, and an email. Still no response. I even sometimes got a different "leave a message" answer. I ended up having to call a towing company to get my car to a repair centre. That cost me unnecessary money. It has now been 2 days since we called them, and they are...Read more
still yet to reply or call back to us! Absolutely pathetic service. They may be cheap, but you get what you pay for! Do NOT sign up with them. I repeat... DO NOT SIGN UP with Stranded No More! You will be left stranded by your car! I will be going with another provider and demanding a refund from Stranded No More (if I can even contact them!).Similar opinion? Stay away from this place
What a service?! Actually no service at all. Waiting for 1.5 hours and nobody called back. I'll complain to Fair Trading. Avoid this company if it exists. I am not sure now that it exists.

There Is No Call Centre And No Response At Any Time.
I purchased roadside assist from "Real Roadside". They later changed their company name to "Stranded No More".
Example #1:
When I needed help with a call-out, there was nobody on their "24 x 7 national call centre" for a period of 3 hours on a quiet Saturday afternoon. When actual assistance came, it was a sub-contractor who was only informed of the job 30 minutes before turning up - therefore Real Roadside sat on my request for 2.5 hours and did NOTHING.
I only got a response via social media, as I gave up calling the "24 x 7 national call centre" after trying over a dozen times.
Example #2: ...Read more
I called "Stranded No More" and left a message for them to call me back to cancel my roadside assistance. Obviously nobody answered my original call or called me back, as there is no "24 x 7 national call centre". I then emailed them, requesting that my cover be cancelled immediately. No response for 5 days so far. Not sure how the ACCC isn't onto this yet.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Responsive service
I had a flat tyre yesterday evening and called for assistance, I had someone call back a few minutes later.
They had sent someone to do the tyre change for me. Wait time was 30 minutes.
Thanks stranded no more and sam

Totally stranded!
I got an email two days ago saying Real Roadside had been sold to Stranded No More. I thought Real were decent btw.
This morning. Flat battery. Call the new number. No mention of stranded no more. Sounds like some guys own phone. Left two messages so far. Went on their website over an hour ago and used the live chat. No one there. No email to me. Nothing. The live chat says they normally respond within a few minutes. Lol.
So, it's been about an hour and 15 minutes so far and I can't get any contact with/from Stranded No More at all.
Totally stranded. There should be a zero rating for these jokers.
Now I have to try and get to Supercheap somehow to get a battery charger.

How is such a business in Australia?
You guys are good at running away.
I signed up for real roadside 2 months ago. Did my first call today, only to know that it has been shut down, everything!
Get to Product Review to know that it changed its name to Stranded No More. What kind of business that closes and open a new one without even informing its customer?
I want a refund for my cover. If you can't, I will bring this matter to the consumer affair or the court.

Not a chance.
If they'e changed their name, that doesn't detract from the fact that customer's should have been notified my email that had occurred. I never got one, nor did i get the sticker they were supposed to send me after 2 email attempts. I did get one stating that my account was overdue and it's current until February 2018. That's when i sent an email enquiring as to whether it was an error, but i never got a response. So then i tried to ring them on BOTH of their numbers (yes, the right one's) and the recorded message told me that the numbers didn't exist anymore. I'm glad i found out now. Nice try fellas. Underneath where it asks did i request a roadside call out, i couldn't. Non existent phone numbers. They've been told where to go.
