Outstanding team
We have found the team at Mount Barker (Gary and Rachelle) to be the friendliest, most helpful, and very informative and the communication is second to none. We are only up to design and council approval. So far it has been a smooth process. Any queries or problems we have had, have been sorted out, without a drama. So looking forward to seeing the end result and continuing the rapport we have with Stroud.

Loving our experience
The team at Stroud in Mount Barker are friendly, professional, creative and supportive. Gary and Rachelle have been amazing to work with. We are loving the level of communication and reassurance. They have a great team behind them and their passion and experience really shine through. We would not build with anyone else now that we have found Stroud.

We have nothing but confidence in Gary, Rachelle and their team as they work tirelessly with us to ensure no stone is left unturned in the pursuit of designing our new home. The communication has been great as we move through the council approval phase while Gary and Rachelle go out of their way to ensure we have no surprises and a seamless build is in the making. Nothing is too hard as the design is modified to ensure it fit's in our footprint without losing that Stroud elevation and quality that we believe is a cut above the competitors. Very excited to move to the next phase.

You’ve been fantastic with communication on Voxer, open to ideas and were great at putting your own across. You were able to work together to meet the needs for your block and budget. From the very first call we made to Gary and Rachelle our experience has been of a level that we’ve never experienced before. Gary responded to an email enquiry within the day and from the first conversation we knew that we wanted them to build our home. hile our house may appear similar to the base design it’s anything but. They have helped us to take our ideas and turn them into a home that is going to be absolutely stunning, listening to us and involving us in every decision along the way. Nothing has been too diffficult, not adding a split level, a pool, or changing things along the way. One of the most surprising things is no surprises, the cost is exactly what they told us from day one, there’s no hidden gems waiting to throw you and while they are not the cheapest nor most expensive builders they are as far as we are concerned the best. We can’t wait to continue this build with Gary and Rachelle and trust them completely to make our house a family home.1 comment

I do look forward to seeing your home come to life – from what I’ve been told about the design, a split level home with pool and hampton upgrades will look absolutely amazing. I’m so pleased to read that you appreciate the transparency we have when providing ‘black and white quotes’, we don’t believe anyone should have to be blind sighted when starting the build with hidden fees, inflated prices and gimmicky promotions – we want you to have real pricing that you can understand.
