What tempreture is 200 in numbers on the skillet plug i'm cooking chicken drumsticks please help.

The numbers on the switch are not related to normal temperatures. You can turn the switch slowly until you get low, medium or high. So just adjust the switch as you along. There are also tips in the manual. Hope this helps.

I am in New Zealand and love my skillet and urgently want to purchase another one for my holiday house.... Who stocks this type of skillet?

Hi Miranda,

Unfortunately the SK4200P has been discontinued in NZ and is no longer available. However we do have a stainless steel skillet available SK6450 and you will find in stores such as Harvey Norman, Farmers and Noel Leeming.

What is the pyramid/rectangular-shaped attachment that is black in colour and seems to be the same material as the base and legs of the skillet? Does anybody know?

Bought a sunbeam non stick skillet. It has a terrible chemical smell that wouldnt go away. Everything I cook tastes like chemical. Please help.

when I buy new cooking appliances the first thing I do is season them buy boiling milk in frypan. You could try that.

Has any one else had a bad burn from the handle of this skillet?
I did on christmas eve it spolit my whole Christmas.
