New York Collection Pot Kettle KE4410

I bought this kettle from Myer in February 2020 and have noticed the paint is also peeling off. How can we rectify this?

I rang the Sunbeam company in Sydney Australia and after eventually after a number of calls ( I am in another state) they said that the head boss would be getting back to me. I was offered a ...

Read morereplacement but I said No and and that in my opinion that kettle was not fit for sale. They eventually said they were taking it off sale and I could gets refund. I told them I was doing that anyway but was concerned re health and I wanted information of the make-up of the paint. Actually my health problems still exist 13 months on so probably it was not the paint but I needed tell them in case it happened to others.

Same thing happened to mine! I have had it replaced twice and the third is doing it. I’m returning both toaster and kettle because I wanted a matching set.

New York Collection Pot Kettle KE4410

The paint keeps peeling above the spout. I think the steam is causing it. We have had it replaced not long ago but the colour on the handle is starting to blister again. Is this a design fault?

New York Collection Pot Kettle KE4410

We purchased Sunbeam kettle 4410 from Harvey Norman (Joondalup) three weeks ago. This morning we set it going with the water just below 1.5lt mark but the kettle continued to boil & wouldn't shut off. We tried it again & the same thing happened. It would be dangerous if it boiled dry. What do we do now?
