These guys are amazing, they sorted my super for me in a quick phone call. I didn't realise it was in a total mess until they did a search, now I am comfortable where I will be when I retire. I am busy and just assumed my super funds had everything under control. I couldn't have been more wrong. Now I am in a single fund suited to me and I will be much better off when I retire.

Great service. Simply explained but can call you back when it suits you and always a follow up call to see how you went with forms etc. everything that was offered has been fulfilled

Thanks for doing my super review so quickly, it’s something I had been meaning to do for a long time. I couldn’t believe how difficult BT were making it when we were getting info. Special mention to Dave who was very professional even though the BT agent kept ducking the questions. Dominic was great too. Much better setup and much clearer idea of what I’m tracking for and what I need to change to be debt free by the time I retire. Efficient and effective process and it’s good to be focused now.

The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The conversation was quick and I wasn't put on hold at all. Everything was explained clearly and accurately so I could understand.

I took a call from these guys a few weeks ago. I never take these types of calls but was presently surprised by how professional and helpful the consultant and advisor were on the phone. My super has been sitting around for years unnoticed. I had no idea how much my super balance was and that I had a couple of different accounts. I actually liked the fact that someone called me and explained to me what I could do with it. A smooth experience with everything done over the phone. I liked it. Got the welcome pack now and all looks good. I’d rather pay a small fee to get my super sorted, all done over the phone than me trying to run around calling and trying to work out what different super funds I had or which was the better fund for me.

I did not understand how much each of my super funds were charging me and how much I could save by combining and consolidating my funds.
These guys helped and have kept in contact since I signed up.
I feel like I’m a safe hands and I think the fees are definitely worthwhile. I’d rather pay them as advisors than to the super fund that was over charging me and delivering nothing.

If this company calls you, hang up. they take 4% of your superannuation balance as an implementation fee upfront and then 2% every year after. and the super fund you roll over to will let them. Do not give them any personal details and DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING, especially a digital signature. rolling over your super is free and takes a few minutes over the phone with your own super fund, do not be duped into letting them do it for you. you will regret it.

I really had a good discussion with the person and she helped me with everything really well and I would give recantation to all my friends and family with what happeneds with the super

I was so impressed in the service and knowledge they provided me with my super as I had now idea on how it works. I’m so happy I made the first step into finding out. They did the rest. Just amazing with the service.

My super will be 50,000 dollars more in the long run she explained to me how my super was been used and how much my super is at risk if the market would crash
